Well, this is a surprise, at least to Nova. He was under the impression Shado didn't have many close friends, but apparently he has some at least. And they are a Valley Girl, and a smoke addict. He feels some sort of twinge in his stomach, as if he has some sort of distaste for them being friends with Shado... No, couldn't be that. He's only just met Shado! Actually, stop thinking about him, not the time-

Nova is nudged by Shado as he's just standing there staring, while zoned out. He does a quick glance between him and his friends, in a realisation panic. Although, they don't seem to mind, finding the little guy endearing.

"Ahem, so, aren't ya gonna introduce yourself, Nova?"

"O-Oh, I, I-Um, sorry I-" Nova just fumbles with his words as he's trying to make himself not look weird... Which is failing utterly. "I-I AM NOVA UNKNOWN!!! Gah, u-uh, I mean-"

Sophie giggles, as she pats his head, to which Nova is just even more confused.

"Aww, don't worry little guy! You seem a bit tongue tied huh? You must be just like Shado, a loner pffft-ow!" Sophie says with an understanding tone, although playfully yelps as Shado shoves into her arm.

"Shut up, Sophie."

"Awwwe, come on Purps! Only a little joke!"

The other guy, named Si, simply chuckles to himself as the other two continue with their banter.

He turns to Nova, with a small wave.

"So, Nova right?" He drops to a whisper, "What's an Imp like yerself doing in the Mortal Realm, huh?"

Nova froze immediately.
Staring at Si in disbelief.
How... How did this Man know what he is? He's disguised right now, it should be impossible-
Unless...
When the other two are distracted with their banter, the Imp throws a hand quickly onto Si's chest, and... Nothing. Nothing was felt. He knew it.
This person wasn't alive, he was a Spirit.

"How are you...?"

Si just looked down at the hand on his chest, and solemnly sighed, keeping that smile quite fakely wrapped around his face. He withdrew the cigarette from his mouth and blew a smoke cloud at Nova, which momentarily showed a hazy vision of his horns and true face, although Nova wasn't affected or flinched in the slightest. He smirked.

"...Apparently, someone's will is capable of many things. Call me a similarity to another Paradox of yers running about." Si said, looking sadly at Sophie, who was happily throwing playful banter at Shado, "If you're curious, Lung Cancer. I died 3 Years ago."

"..." The Imp just stared at the husk of a Soul in front of him, quietly contemplating. "Well... You know I can't leave y-you here. I-I'll give you one week before it's time to f-finally rest."

The spectral possession sighs, although not disappointed, just... The Reality of Expectations. "I know I can't avoid it forever. Thanks for giving me a few more days, at least."

"Th-There's nothing e-else I-I can do within my restrictions... I'm sorry."

"...It's fine. Fate comes for all eventually. But answer my question... What are you doing here?" Si's passive lax face suddenly becomes filled with a menacing sternness. "If you are planning on taking my Friend's Souls, I won't be detained so easily."

"W-Woah, jeez, relax man! I-I'm only here cuz I-I have to f-fulfill a request from Shado, for the exchange of someone's Soul-AND b-before you freak o-out, it was that annoying Serena gal who tried to do it to him first."

"Oh, no wonder. Serena is a total bitch, honestly glad I'll see her getting tortured in Hell." Si crosses his arms, pleased with the response.

"You... J-Just a-assuming?"
