Because honestly, that was just it.

You just stood up from the chair, the sound of the chairs legs scratching across the floor, the screeching so loud causing Mitsuri to flinch.

A shakey breath left her lips as she watch you stand, tears brimming her eyes, knowing this was all her fault.

"W-Wait, please, c-can we p-please just talk about this-" she grabbed your shoulder, but as soon as her hand was placed there, you harshly shoved it off, her minty-green eyes widening.

You balled your hands into fists, sinking your nails into your palms, feeling sadness and confusion whirl inside yourself, but also anger.

You could hear Mitsuri's faint sound's of desperation. You knew how badly she didn't want you to leave, walk out that door and end the engagement. But it's too hard to stay, knowing someone else has already...claimed her.

"Y-Y/n, I know what I did was horrible, but please, please, please! Try and forgive me, try! I'll never do it again!" She cried, holding her hands together in a begging manner as she shut her eyes tightly, salty tears gliding down her soft cheeks.

"What you did was...horrible. I....I never even thought you would do something like that. That was just how much I trusted you." Her heart broke at the word 'was', but she knew there was no changing it now, she cheated, so it was her fault. Still is her fault.

"It was just a weak moment! I-I was just lonely and I-Iguro was there for me a-and then it just happen! Please believe me! I didn't want to!" You ran your finger through your H/c hair, a sigh leaving your lips. "Are you saying he forced you?" You kept your back faced to her, her shakey breathing and sounds of sadness were quite hearable.

"Well, n-no, but-" you cut her off, "Then you did have the choice not to do what you did, and I know for a fact, that if you told him to stop, Iguro would've. I know what kind of man he is." She was dying inside, she wanted to see your face. But she knew you wouldn't turn around if she asked you to.

"I really know what kind of man he is now." You said, glraing down at the ground. She kept shaking, she knew your words were true, she didn't stop Iguro from anything he did to her. She allowed him to touch, do, and see anything of her. But she didn't tell him to stop, she encouraged him to keep going.

She hated her choices now.

"O-OK! I didn't tell him to stop! I-I was just really weak! It was a weak moment ok?! Please just don't go, please don't leave me!" The tears kept pouring from her eyes, she fell to her knees, putting her hands to her cheeks.

"I promise you I will never, never, ever do it again! I will never hurt you again, I promise!" She put her hands to the floor, looking up with her tear filled eyes, the tears fleeing, falling and still pouring from her eyes. But you still had your back to her.

"You promised me you'd never hurt me, yet here we are, Mitsuri." You spat, turning your head to look at her.

"While I was gone. I was saving lives, I was fighting, giving people another many years at living. But, while you were here, you were- doing things with Iguro, in our shared bed Mitsuri! You said you'd never hurt me, and you went ahead and did it behind my back!" You yelled at you turned yourself to look down at her, she kept shaking, fearing the fact you were leaving her.

"And, you weren't even going to tell me if Shinobu haden't made you?! What the hell!" You yelled even louder, raising your voice drastically, hell, the Kakushi helping Ruizu in the garden could hear.

She flinched at your last words, that was true. She was never going to tell you, you weren't supposed to know. But Shinobu had found out somehow and threatened her.

'If you don't tell him, then I will, and you won't like what'll happen if I tell him.'

She didn't know how much worse it could've possibly been if Shinobu had told you, but she didn't feel like knowing. She didn't care now.

"I'm so sorry, but please believe this. I won't ever do it again..." She quietly said, her body shaking a bit still, "I love you, please don't go..I promise I love you too much to do it again.." she wanted to hit herself for saying that.

She should've loved you enough to not ever do it.

"So...you don't or..didn't love me enough to simply not do it in the first place?" You asked, giving a shrug of the shoulders. She looked down, you staring right at her as she did so. "I still love you, I..I just.." "just what?" She stayed silent. You scoffed at her silence, putting your hand on the knob, turning and opening the door.

She immediately shot her head up and looked, her eyes widening in panic. Her body shaking even harder.

"Nothing you say can make this better, nothing you say can make me trust you ever again." You put a foot out the door.

"Anything else, Kanroji?"

She flinched at you calling her by last name. You scoffed again, walking out and slamming the door behind yourself.
