Mitsuri was huffing, running to the meeting. No it wasn't emergency, but it was just a meeting that was called to wish a happy birthday to the master. Even so, Mitsuri was running as fast as she could.

She gleamed seeing it wasn't too far away, she was doing just upon it. "Ah yes! I'm almost-" she replied on her own foot.

"KYAAAA-"

She braced for impact, the harsh and rough hit to the ground that would possibly knock the wind from her.

But it never came, and instead she felt two firm arms around her waist, saving her from the fall. She gasped, looking at the ground then to the arms around herself.

'OH MY GOSH ITS A GUY ITS A GUY ITS A GUYYYY!' She squealed inside her mind, she couldn't manage a clear face without blushing, but she managed not to squeal out right then, there, and that second.

"Hey, are you ok?" The male asked, she turned her head to look at the man who'd helped spare her a fall, her face still red. "U-um. I-im ok! Thank y-you so much for s-saving me!" She stuttered out, even she's surprised she only stuttered that much.

"Good, and your very welcome! I'll stand you up now!" He smiled at her, helping her stand properly. She was still blushing, she was looking at his face closely, trying to figure out where she has seen you before.

Oh wait! You the new Nature Hashira!

She smiled upon figuring it out, "You the new Nature Hashira, right?" She asked, the blush fading away slowly. He hummed, "Uhhh, let me remember your name!" She pointed a finger upwards slightly while looking sideways.

"Hmm..../n..L/...L/n! That's it! L/n-san!" She cheered out, doing a victory jump. Y/n looked away before she could jump completely, he saw the stance knowing that she would jump.

He chuckled looking at her after she was standing again, "You've got it! At least you and Kocho-san remembered, I actually met a weird teenager who called me M/L/N!" She laughed hearing the weird mispronunciation of your last name, you joining her.

You both quickly went silent remembering you had a meeting to be to...and now you both are at least 5 minutes late.

"KYAAAAAA WE ARE LATE!" She yelled before both of you quickly went into a speed dash, desperately wanting to get there so you aren't later then you both already are.

After running for at least 1 minute, you both had made it, "WERE HERE! WERE HEREEEE!" She yelled out, kneeling as soon as she'd made it next to Tengen. "Y-Yes, we apologise for our rudeness." Mitsuri used all of her might not to just 'KYAA' right there.

But you could hear a silent 'uwaa', you kneeled next to Tomioka, earning glares from him and others. "Mitsuri, it's not polite to be late, then interrupt." Gyomei commented, "Oh no, it's quite alright I don't mind, I can tell she meant no I'll intent." Oyakata smiled.

Mitsuri looked up with sparkling eyes, "Happy birthday master! I apologise sincerely for being so late! Then interrupting- I don't even know what.." she trailed off, some of the others blood boiling (Sanemi), they wanted to say it first.

"Thank you Mitsuri, I appreciate it dearly." He smiled at the pinkette, just by looking at her face you could tell how happy and fangirlish she was at the moment.

°Timeskip°

After the meeting was over Mitsuri and Obanai spoke about her interruption, him scolding her for being late. After that she went to look for you, wanting to thank you again.

Once she found you she immediately skipped over, smiling brightly.

"How many times must I tell you, you boar headed little girl?! My name is L/n-san not M/L/N!" You yell at the boar who you have pinned down to the ground with only your foot, yet he was struggling so greatly.

Mitsuri blushed and admired your strength. "Get offa me you weakling!" Inosuke yelled, still struggling under your foot. "Weakling?! Weakling?! I have you pinned with just my foot little boar!" You laughed.

"Kyaaaa! L/n-san is so strong!" Mitsuri fangirled in her mind, placing her hands on her warming cheeks. "Whatever I'm done with you, you are merely a waste of my time." You move you foot from his back and walk to Mitsuri.

"Hello Kanroji-san!" You smile at her, she blushed, "H-Hello L/n-san, You can call me Mitsuri!" You chuckle at her stutter, "Ok, then you may call me Y/n."

She hummed, "L/n Y/n." She thought aloud. "Is there something you needed me for? I saw you staring at me while I had that Boar thing to the ground." You use a thumb to point to behind where you had Inosuke.

Mitsuri blushed more, 'He-he saw me watching him?! Oh goddd! That's so embarrassing!' she yelled in her head.

"No worries, I'm just happy you liked what you seen, you stared for so long." You smirk at her, earning a bright red face from the pinkette.

"I-I-I J-Just w-wanted T-t-" You chuckle at the stutter once again, it's cuteness easy never failing to entertain you. "I'm sorry. Please, continue!" She looked at you with her minty green eyes, face still red.

"I-I...justwantedtothankyouforhelpingmenotfallearlierandimsorryformakingyoilatetothemeetingGOODBYE!"

She then disappeared out of thin air, but you quickly knew in what direction she went once you heard the 'KYAAAAA'

Hoping this was better. I made it longer which I'm proud of myself for.
