This is sort of a part of oneshot 'That's strike one' and now

Two days ago....

"Y/n..." Mitsuri faded off as Obanai made you switch seats with him, you were now farthest from Mitsuri.

You, him, and then Mitsuri.

That's the arrangement you sat in, Obanai insisted you sit there, away from the girl.

As soon as your turned away to get your bento, Obanai gave a smug look to the pouting girl, but as soon as she saw his look towards her, she glared.

"Thanks for making me this Mitsuri, I'm starving-" But as soon as you went to eat is Obanai leaned over, "I left my Bento over- oops." He reached over you, using his elbow to knock the chopsticks from your hand, the fell to the floor with small little 'click clack' sounds.

"Sorry." Obanai said as he retracted his arm back, in the process, knocking the bento Mitsuri made you out of your lap where you had placed it.

Mitsuri's lips parted, her minty-green eyes widening as she watched it fall to the ground. The food inside spilled across the floor, the scent made you groan.

You really wanted to eat that.

I mean come on.

I stunning babe made bento just for your goofy ass..

"I don't care imma eat it!" You exclaimed, standing up quickly and kneeling to the food on the floor.

As soon as you went to eat it, a hand grabbed your wrist quick, but gentle.

"Don't eat that, here, eat mine." Obanai said, you see the smile beneath the surgical mask he was wearing.

You mumbled something, looking at the food that had been knocked to the floor, Mitsuri watched and listened to what Obanai said with the most 'I will snap your snake loving ass in half' expression.

You sighed, "But I don't want you to get hungry, that's the only food you got with you." Mitsuri saw a chance here.

"Here, you can have mine!" Mitsuri grabbed her bento with both hands, reaching to hand it to you, but as soon as she had done so, her smile dropped seeing Obanai had already shoved some of his own food into your mouth.

"No, it's fine, see? They are already eating mine, they don't need yours." Obanai gave another smug look, you haden't noticed due to eating the food he had shoved into your mouth.

Mitsuri looked away with eyes widened in irritation, and her lips in a line.

She took a breath, calming herself in order to not smack him in his shit eating face. She knew he knew he was getting on her nerves, and enjoying it.

"Alright! Enjoy it Y/n, make sure your nice and full, that way your full and happy!" Mitsuri smiled enthusiastically at you, giving a small little tug at you cheek with her thumb and index finger.

Yknow, like grandma's do, just less harshly.

Yesterday...

"Huh? Your not coming?!" Mitsuri exclaimed thought the phone, she could hear your irritated sigh through the phone.

"Yeah, snake boy over here decided not to tell me we had a club meeting until last minute, I'm sorry.." she could tell your were being honest, you couldn't lie to her and she could tell by how you talked to her and how you treated her.

You weren't lying, it wasn't your fault.

It's his.

Mitsuri went silent, you were getting worried and feeling guilty, "But hey, well see each other tomorrow, I have a friend to introduce you to!" Mitsuri peerked a bit hearing that. She's ok meeting a new friend, as long as he's not there.

"Sure, you promise we'll spend time together tomorrow though? Without Obanai?" She asked hopefully, you hummed, "Yep, yep! Of course, my queen!~" she giggled, hearing some scratchy noises from the phone. She heard your bow after calling her your queen.

She heard a distant voice, "Y/n? Why are you bowing?"

A girls voice.

Mitsuri felt that familiar irrataion beginning to boil, just the thought of another girl with you, and Obanai.

And what if she's pretty?! Like really pretty, prettier then how you find her?!

"Oh, I have to go, the meeting is starting! Bye, cutie!" You said before hanging up, Mitsuri went to respond, but you were already gone.

She stared at the ground with that same look.

Eyes widen in irritation and her lips in a line.

Just try to calm down...

She thought to herself.

Present

Her eye twitched.

She heard that familiar voice and stayed behind the corner, listening to the feminine voice.

Her voice is beautiful...

What if she's just as beautiful as she sounds?

Mitsuri paled at the thought, deciding to peek around the corner.

When she looked she felt her patience beg to snap, this girl was indeed beautiful.

From her beautiful dark purple eyes, to her pink lips, they look unchapped and perfect. Her hair was dark and faded into purple, a pretty butterfly hair pin keeping her hair back.

She felt her patience once again, begging her to just snap, it felt like she was drowning, her lungs Burning and begging for air.

She went back behind the corner, that same expression with her wide eyes and lips in a thin line, her eyes wavering a bit.
