The sky was warm with the sun as Jedi Knight, Kanan Jarrus was meditating at the edge of the hideout and Hera walks out to him. "You know they left already to get the hyperdrive," she calls out.
Making him turn his shoulder, "Figured you'd go." she spoke, surprise to even find him still here. "I wanted to stay," he answers, she stood right behind him.
Kanan couldn't but chuckle to himself, "It's funny, no matter what happens, we always end up back here on Lothal." he point out.
Hera just bites her lip momentarily as she moves in next to him. Well, Ezra and Mako have a strong connection to his place." she spoke, with her hand on his shoulder. "It is their home." she points out.
But Kanan just turns to her, "Before we knew Ezra, we were drawn here." he informs her, she turns her sight to him "The mission was here." she reminds him.
"There were a lot of missions in a lot o places, but we kept coming back." he informs her, she just blinks and sat on her knees, "Are you saying we were meant to come here? Maybe to meet Ezra and Mako?" she asks him, trying to understand.
Kanan turns away momentarily and sighs to himself, "I don't know, something like that. But there's more to it." he spoke, turning to her for a moment then turns away. "I'm just not sure what," he spoke, but she just looks at him, knowing he was trying to figure it all out.

The troopers were inspecting the crash sight, loading crates as probes were scanning the area. Pryce walks along the fence wall, as her data pad projects a holo of Thrawn. "We have recovered your prototype, Grand Admiral, but its data recorder and hyperdrive are gone," he informs him, Thrawn just nods at her.
"The rebels will attempt to deliver the recorder to the rebel command in hopes of studying the TIE defender design for a weakness."
He informs her but Pryce just grins to herself, "The hyperdrive is too cumbersome for the rebels to have carried it far on foot." she informs him then ponders for a quick second.
"They must have hidden it in the area," she informs him, Thrawn just grins at her, which is a terrifying sight to behold.
"Which is why I've dispatched specialized assistance to your aid."
He spoke, and Pryce just blinks, confused about his certain choice of words. "Uh, I do not require assistance," she assures her, but he arches his brow.
"The return of these rebels to Lothal and the theft of my ship are two recent lapses proving otherwise."
he reminds her as he was not pleased with the events that were too close to one another. Too close. He collects himself and held a calm expression.
"My agent, Rukh, will arrive shortly."
The names catch her attention as the call ends and she just stood there in shock but was immediately frowning as she marches off.
Far off in the distance, three troopers were heading towards the boulders as one in the back, looks to see if any of the Imperial troopers were following them.
The trooper carrying the satchel opens his visor to reveal Ezra Bridger. "Hurry up," he orders, looking down at the Latast that came with them.
He pulls away from the hover lift, with his arms held out, "Where's the hyperdrive?" he asks them Ezra points to the rocks, "Over here somewhere. Jai, keep watch." he orders again.
