A lone TIE returns to the fleet of the Imperial blockade as they were massive in numbers. On one of the command ships, the Star destroyer, the radar alarm went off.

"Sir, we're detecting several craft coming out of hyperspace." an officer warns, the commanding officer steps forward, looking out at the vast space before them, several rebel fighters drop from hyperspace.

"All right, let's make this count. Lothal's depending on us." Hera informs them, and the other fighters toggle the switches "Remember, the Imperial fuel depot is our primary target." she informs the others.

"Presuming we get past this blockade," Mart informs her as he looks out at the blockade before them. "They might have numbers, but we have skill." Blue two informs him. "That last part goes double for me," he calls out.

"Don't get cocky, you two. We may have skills. But if I am guessing this right. Thrawn in a part of this blockade and he has intelligence for greater than ours." Amelia warns them.

"Yes, ma'am." they both answer her. Chopper chatters through the comm. "Yes, Chopper, triple for you. Lock S-foils in attack position." Hera orders them.

Then the rebel fighters' wings open. "Fighter group, stay with your wingman and punch a hole in their defenses. We have to get the Y-wings through." Hera orders them. "Roger that, Phoenix leader," Amelia answers her.

Thrawn steps into the bridge of his destroyer with his officer and Skerris behind him, "So the rebels have come at last." he spoke. "Twenty-five ships, Grand Admiral. The mixed group of fighters and bombers." his officer informs him.

"Their target will be our factory and the fuel deport in the Capital. Alert all commands, deploy the fleet in defensive formation and launch fighters," he orders his officer, who nods and walks off.

Then he turns to Skerris "Commander, the rebels must not reach the planet's surface." he informs him, "I'll make sure of it, sir." Skerris assures him and walks off as Thrawn looks back at the window.

The TIES were deployed from the hangar and flew out, as much more TIEs were deployed from the drop ships.

Hera exhales to herself, "Here we go. Attack speed!" she calls out, the fighter flew out, full throttle, Chopper points his hand out at the TIEs as they were meeting their heads on, and the shots were fired as the battle began.

The watch towers were on alert as the alarms were blaring off. But the rebels on the ground ran up to the tower and plant the detonators on them. "You sure these explosives are strong enough?" Zeb questions as Sabine ran up to the tower, planting her explosive.

"Yeah, they'll do the trick. Why?" she asks him, he steps past her, looking up at the tower. "It's just that these gun towers look a lot bigger up close," he informs her.

Leo walks up and looks at the tower, "Well, you know how that old saying goes, the bigger they are, the harder they fall." he states and places the detonator on the tower.

They all then step over and hid on the side, Mako stops as she turns her head and looks up at the stars. Worry bites at her neck as she knew something was going to happen, Leto just looks at her, chattering knowing she was worried. "Mako, hurry!" Sabine whispers to her.

She looks at them and hurries into cover as a trooper ran, checking the ground. "Ryder, what's your status?" Ezra asks over the comms, "We're setting our last charges now. Meet you at the rendezvous," he answers him.

"Copy. We have one more tower to go." Ezra answers him, Leo peeks out from the side as the grounds were clear. "Hera will be here any minute," Sabine informs them, Leo turns his head looking back at them.
