Backstory: A well known soldier and stealth operative, William was in charge of training and leading many soldiers in stealth missions before joining 141 (between MW 1 and 2) and becoming its main stealth operative (original) William was a well known but mysterious person with only a small bit of info known about him due to his company being destroyed, he was later recruited to 141 (MW reboot)
