3 - Disney's Orbit

Somewhere above Earth hovered a small ship. Being purple and blue in colour, somehow the vehicle hid from any detection. The spacecraft was equipped with a powerful laser cannon to destroy any target of opportunity, it was only fortunate that the owner currently had no target.

On board was a young alien woman. With pure pink skin, long luscious white hair and a beautiful smile, she seemed to command the ship alone. Jumping from her bed, the eyes of the alien would land on a white and pink suit. With padding along the front and back to protect the wearer, she quickly slipped it on. As the fabric changed shape to fit her body, she grabbed some tools and strapped them in place on a belt that hung around her waist. After that, she left her room to enter the corridor of her ship. Looking down, she quickly was met with a small pink creature. It seemed like a puppy, but with too many appendages. It was her pet, Shmoolee.

"Shmoolee, hello!" She giggled, kneeling down and petting him. "How are you today?"

The alien had fluffy fur and a short tail, with two horns on its head. It also had six legs, all of which were covered in pink fur. A pair of large ears sat atop his head as well, allowing him to hear anything going on around him. His mouth was open, revealing a sharp set of teeth. This was the same design for all of Shmoolee's kind, one that allowed them to eat everything they could.

"I am very good! I have been waiting for you to come out," he exclaimed, wagging his tail.

"That's nice of you. I'm glad we finally get to spend time together," she said, smiling at him before looking up and down the hallways. Her ship was small, so she couldn't go anywhere without him following. Thankfully, he was happy to allow her sleeping times to be private.

With her previous mission complete, she didn't need to be concerned about anything at all. The only thing on her mind now was enjoying herself. While the universe may have its flaws, she knew she could always take advantage of them later.

"Shmoolee, do you know what we should we do today?" She asked, sitting next to him.

"Yes, I want to fly! You can use me as your copilot." He suggested, wiggling excitedly.

"Oh? That sounds fun. Let's do it then," she replied, standing up and walking towards the cockpit.

After entering, she strapped herself into the pilot seat and reached for the controls. On the screen ahead of her, she saw a map of the surrounding area. Shmoolee would jump onto the co-pilots seat, looking to his owner with happiness. After a few seconds, the ship began to move, flying through space until it reached an opening in an asteroid field.

"Alright, let's fly this ship! Come on, Shmoolee!" She cheered, tapping the control panel.

Her pet hopped onto the controls, making sure not to hit the wrong buttons. He pushed several buttons, causing sparks to light up across her computer screens. Once he was finished, he jumped off the panels and ran over to his master.

"You did great, Shmoolee. I'm proud of you. Now, it's my turn to shine," she grinned.

Pushing down a lever, the ship began to fly at high speeds around the asteroids. The little pink creature danced around in excitement, jumping from one side of the room to another. When she was satisfied, she tapped her finger on a button that caused the laser cannon to fire.

"Boom!"

A bright beam shot out, destroying a nearby asteroid. Although she could have used it to blast more asteroids, she instead decided to stop. She wanted to enjoy their time together, rather than destroying planets for once. As the lady looked down to her pet with a smile, a beeping alarm caught the pair's attention. Coming from one of the control panels, it seemed the ship sensed a nearby satellite.
