when taehyung and jungkook walked into school hand it hand with yoongi and jimin holding hands behind them, they got weird looks. jungkook felt nervous but his nerves went down whenever he felt taehyung squeeze his hand. 

as they all walked to class, taehyung sat in the seat next to jungkook. his arm wrapped around the males shoulder. both of them looking at each other when bogum walked in. the brunette smiled at jungkook before whispering "have I ever told you how beautiful you are". 

jungkook blushed and slapped his chest lightly. "dont say things like that" the raven blushed, trying to hide his face. he loved when taehyung said things like that, but it caught him off guard. 

"okay everyone eye's up here" the teacher called out, all the students eye's on him. 

"in the newsletter today, the principal has announced the prom festival. from today forward you may do grand gestures to ask your partner or significant other to prom. prom is in two weeks" the teacher said, letting the class talk about it for a minute. 

jungkook had never been to prom before, he felt quite excited but now he has a boyfriend so it is even more different. taehyung could not help but to feel excited at the new's of prom, he knew he was going to ask jungkook to prom. it was more about how he was going to do so.

as soon as the bell went off, taehyung waited for jungkook to pack up his things before grabbing his hand. the raven smiled when he felt his boyfriend link their hands before they both walked out of class. the stares from everyone continued, it always made jungkook's heart sink. 

"are you sure you dont care about people knowing about us dating" jungkook whispered as they reached the cafeteria. taehyung slowly stopped by the entrance and softly raised his hand to caress the raven's cheek. 

"I am more than sure babe, I like you and I want the whole world to know your mine" the brunette replied, leaning in to place a soft kiss on the raven's lips who blushed when he heard people gasp. 

by the time taehyung pulled away he said "I will see you next class, jimin's just over there" pointing behind him, to where jimin, jin and hoseok were. leaning against the lockers as they all smiled at the cute scene. 

"have a good day babe" taehyung said, pecking his forehead before heading towards the cafeteria. 

jungkook smiled as he watched his boyfriend walk off, he turned around and walked towards his friends as they headed towards the field. jimin's arm linked with his own as they sat by the tree. 

"I love seeing you so happy kook" jimin whispered, leaning his head against jungkook's shoulder. 

"I love feeling happy, oh by the way mum is moving here tomorrow" jungkook said, jimin gasped and slapped his thigh. 

"and your just telling me now?" jungkook chuckled at the comment and nodded. 

"sorry I completely forgot to tell you, she sold her business and found a cafe she really likes for sale here. there is an apartment that is above the store that she is going to live in, it is a safe area and I get to see her more often" jungkook smiled at his own words. 

"oh my gosh, taehyung can meet your mum!" jungkook went silent for a minute before he turned to look at jimin. 

jungkook actually forgot about that aswell, they both never really talked about meeting each others families. the raven smiled softly and nodded. "are you nervous to meet his parents?" jimin asked, already having the feeling he knew the answer. 

the raven nodded "their rich, they dont even see taehyung often. I see how lonely he must have gotten and it makes me angry that they think it is okay to leave their son alone" he whispered, looking out towards the field to see many students running away chasing after a ball. 

"I know, maybe they had their reasons" jimin replied, not wanting to judge any parent. 

"yeah maybe" jungkook whispered, letting out a soft yawn before rubbing his eyes. 

"how have you been sleeping?" the smaller asked, head going back to lay on the raven's shoulder.

"with taehyung, really good. no nightmares but I have not slept by myself yet, so I am not sure" the raven replied. jimin hummed and started to eat some popcorn he got from his bag. 

"do you know how yoongi is going to ask you to prom?" the raven asked

"probably something in private, I like it more that way cause it is special and just the two of us. and I know it is not all for show" jimin replied, pointing towards a group of people on the field.

"see like that, how people are crowding around. recording, its easier for people to judge and spread random rumours. look at how the guy is celebrating the girl saying yes" the smaller explained

jungkook watched as the male ran straight to his friends, fist-bumping, high-fiving each one of them. while the women is standing there, hugging herself with her arms as she watches with now a sad smile. 

the raven did not really notice or think about that stuff. 

"do you think taehyung will ask you?" jimin whispered, closing his eyes as he speaks. 

"I hope so, he is the only person I would like to go to prom with" jungkook replied, looking at the field of people crowded in one area.
