a couple of days had past since the accident and jungkook was feeling better, only when he had the medication but it was something. the raven was walking down the hallways of the school, he was there a little late. not bothering to go to first period.
he slowly walked down the hallways, not believing prom was in three days and he graduates in a week. he cant wait to leave school, he is so over school. he gets to live the rest of his life with taehyung and his friends, not having to worry about about bullies or mean people.
free. he wants that feeling. of being free.
when he heard the bell ring he headed up the flight of stairs, smiling as soon as the wind brushed past his face when he opened the door. he stepped on the room and sat down on the chair. he did not feel like going to any classes today, he did not want to be at school anymore, he finished all his assessments early and his attendance was amazing.
he did not see any point, especially when the teachers just make him read a book the whole class. he let out soft hums, as he looked out towards the town from the roof. he turned his head towards the door when he heard it screech open.
"hey babe, thought I might find you here?" taehyung called out, walking towards him. once he sat down on the bench next to him, wrapping his arm around the raven's shoulder who rested his head against his neck.
"why werent you in first class, I was worried?"
"just wanted to get some fresh air, I was late anyways" jungkook chuckled along with taehyung who rubbed his thigh.
"how about we ditch today?" the brunette whispered against the side of his head. "what would we do?" jungkook asked, looking at his boyfriend who stood up and leant out his hand.
"let me show you" jungkook felt excited as he grabbed his things and placed his hands in his. he followed taehyung's down the stairs and out the building. the raven handed taehyung his keys as they both got inside and the brunette drove off.
"how's your headaches? have you gotten any?" jungkook shook his head as he yawned.
"I got one yesterday but that was only cause I bumped by head on the headboard" jungkook replied, hand placed on top of taehyung's that was on his thigh. taehyung chuckled as he listened to his boyfriend talk, the rest of the drive to the beach was calm.
they listened to music, talk, laugh, tell stories. when jungkook saw the ocean he gasped, he thought he knew all the ocean's in seoul but now he guesses he does not.
when taehyung parked the car and got out so did jungkook, as they walked hand in hand down the beach the raven noticed how no one was on the beach. it was a little hidden from the main road. "wow! is that a hut?"

jungkook walked alongside taehyung, he watched as the brunette unlocked the door. "what are you doing tae, we cant just w-walk-" the raven started but was cut off when his eyes landed on the candles in the room, the petals all over the bed with drinks on the kitchen island, chocolates scattered along it.
the raven felt his eyes get blurry when he read the banner that was above the bed.
'will you go to prom with me?'
jungkook gasped and covered his mouth, soon turning around to look at taehyung who was holding something in his hands. when jungkook looked down he saw it was a wrapped gift.
"I know it took me a little while to figure out how I wanted to ask you to prom, I was always going to ask you just wanted to find the perfect way to do so. I watched other students and their ideas come to life and I knew I wanted something more private."
"something just us, the two of us. no one else" the brunette whispered, handing the present over to jungkook who slowly took it in his hands and unwrapped it. "wah" he gasped as he fingers grazed the shining bracelet that was inside.
"I have been waiting for this one to come in, it is a new diamond piece. I wanted to get you something nice to go along with your outfit for prom"
"shit I dont even know you answer-" taehyung cursed but was cut off when lips were smashed against his own, he let out a gasp before gripping jungkook's waist as their lips moved against each others.
"I would be honoured to go to prom with you" the raven whispered, large smile on his face when taehyung picked him up and spun him around until they crashed onto the soft bed.
