Chapter 5 - Elemental Valley

this is the fifth chapter. I'm know i've not updated in like ages but this is the next chapter. This is my first try at writing from someone else's point of veiw. So please comment on it. And i've changed the colour of Skylar's eyes so comment on whether you prefer the change or what i had because i will change it back. As usual, hope you like it

Chapter 5 - Elemental Valley

Seth's P.O.V

My mind was full of questions about Skylar. Who is she really? What was her element? But one question was refusing to disappear to the back of my mind. Was she the universal elemental?!?!?!? The prophecy description matched Sky exactly. Long ice blonde hair and bi-coloured eyes, one eye a sapphire blue with deep gold flecks, the other emerald green with sparkling silver flecks. But she didn't even know she was an elemental let alone the universal. I sighed trying to calm my mind down. Glancing at Sky, she was asleep, good she hadn't slept since the night before I found her at her beach, we wouldn't get to elemental valley till later today.

The train started to slow down as we came into HopeVille. A sleepy little town in the hills covered with pine trees. HopeVille was less of a town and more like a village with a little high street and small houses dotted around it. There was a blue stream running through the town leading into a small lake filled with rainbow fish, one of the sources of food for the sleepy little town. Hesitantly I reached towards Skylar but before I could lay my hand on her so I could wake her up, a fist flew towards my face but my elemental battle reflexes caught it before it could smash my nose. Before I could release Sky's fist a shocked OMG reached my ears.

"Oh my god Seth are you ok?, oh i....i never..... Sorry." I let go of Skylar's fist but she wouldn't meet my eyes.

"Look Sky" a look of pain flashes over her face with the nickname, she slowly raises her stunning eyes towards mine." I'm fine you didn't hit me just forget about it ok?? She nods her head, not trusting her own voice.

"Come on Skylar we're in HopeVille" Grabbing our bags from the empty train and made our way onto the only platform that was open to the elements. No pun intended.

"Seth?"

"Yeah"

"Where are we going?"

"Eh in roughly that direction. I think" I said pointing towards the pine forests. I know where we are going I just want to see sky's reaction to that. It was worth it the look she gave me was priceless. It was a cross between angry, confused, worried and scared. I made that weird snorting noise that you make when you try and hold a laugh in but fail. She heard me and anger took over her face.

"Next time I will punch you, seaweed" she spat walking away from me. I smiled and started after her.

All the way there Sky started to sing every song under the sun from Some Nights by Fun to I knew you were trouble by Taylor swift to Stay Out by Nina Nesbitt. I joined in with a few songs but I just let her sing. Her voice was beautiful. I swear every bird in the forest stopped their own song to listen to her. After a few hours of Skylar singing and me listening, the emerald light, casted by the trees, started to lift as we started to come out of the forest.

Sky gasped as she saw the view, it still took my own breath away and I'd seen it at least 5 times. The large brilliant blue lake below us, surrounded by hills covered in pine trees, bushes and flowers of varying colours. Blue, Yellow, Pink, Red and Orange. The setting sun half below the horizon at the end of the valley smothers the valley in a soft yellow glow, causing all the colours to turn HD.

"Where are we Seth" A tiny voice asks me. I turn my head to Sky, the sun causing her ponytailed hair to turn white and her bi-coloured eyes to shine.

"We, Sky, Are in Elemental Valley.
