Don't you call me
a calm little girl
I'm anything but little
My voice is bold
and my knowledge can hold
The oppressors in their place
My spirit is true
and my will
Is definately not a fluke.
You may define me
as a weakling
But deep inside I
know my strenght
And when the time comes
I'll let it out
Then you'll see
The true me.
When I'm free
To say what I want
And when I want
You can shut me out
But you can't shut me up
My voice is my will
and my deeds define me
You can lock me up
But you can't break me
Cause my soul is free
and I know I can see
The bright future I have
Where I wiil be free.
