You don baff? No? Oya run enter shower....
You see those shower baths we take almost on a daily basis, those baths are precious, although often done with absence of full emotional consciousness.
Shower baths have a certain therapeutic effect on the body and in extension, the mind.
We see this play out in films but often ignore it. Someone just escapes being murdered, or someone just receives a 'let's-break-up' love letter, or one's passing through some hard times, they seem okay until they get into the shower and as the water hits them, they start releasing all the pent-up emotions through tears.
For those who may be on the other side of the fence, have you observed how that you become a John Legend or a Lady Gaga (old wines taste better) once you hit the shower? Yeah.... At that moment, for all you care, you're the world's most sonorous singer and you sing with all zeal and 'kee' us with 'key J'. That's because shower baths amplify feelings of happiness.
Now, please note: Shower bath I'm talking about is not the 4am 'water-touch-my-skin' kinda bath we take in Lagos to kill traffic o.
Brymo once sang, "Person wey dey take time, e dey fit to make time." He who takes time makes time.
So next time you hit the shower guys, CONSCIOUSLY utilize the soothing/exhilirating power of nature, and maybe just go in with a recorder. You just might find 'key X'.
Oya run enter shower......
