Beomgyu closed the door behind Kai and then flopped onto his bed once more as Mochi jumped up, purring.
"Hi, mochi." Beomgyu cooed, stroking him on the head. "I don't suppose you could help with my problem, huh?"
Mochi's only answer was another loud purr.
"Yeah, I thought so." Beomgyu said with a small smile.
Beomgyu slowly opened his eyes the next morning. He quickly shut them as he was met with sudden brightness. His alarm was also going off, and he flailed his arm around until he turned it off. It took him a second to realize that his phone was blowing up with messages. He quickly got on and read the conversation his friends had.
Soobin: Beomgyu?? Are you up yet???
Hueningkai: Dude, this boys toast.
Taehyun: Don't doubt him yet
Hueningkai: Sorry, but he did this yesterday too
Taehyun: But he made it on time
Soobin: But class is going to start soon
Hueningkai: Beomgyu, you fucking idiot, WAKE UP!!!!
Soobin: He can't actually hear you tell him that
Hueningkai: Dude, I helped you yesterday, don't do this now
Soobin: Oh yeah, you have to tell me later
Hueningkai: Uhh, yeah...
Taehyun: wait, actually, if Beomgyu didn't silence his phone, that means that the dings will go off
Hueningkai: Yes! I knew that! That's why I did it
Soobin: Seriously?
Hueningkai: Yep!
Taehyun: I don't know...
Hueningkai: Dude, just watch, it'll work eventually
Soobin: But he's a heavy sleeper
Hueningkai: Dude... how the hell do you even know that? I didn't and I bet Taehyun didn't
Taehyun: I didn't
Soobin: Stop making this weird
Hueningkai: I didn't! You did!
Soobin: No
Hueningkai: Whatever, whatever, just watch
