Yeona's POV
It's been two months since you left. It feels like it's been longer but it hasn't. It's now December and the snow is falling more and more. We got 3 inches last night. I wonder if you're still on Earth or if you're somewhere else. I've been wondering a lot here lately, that's really all I can do. Minji and Mingi went back to their place. Hongjoong also went back to his place, Jennie almost burnt down his house. The twins visit after school is out since their landlord has threatened to kick them out. Hongjoong visits when he can. Wooyoung has been staying with me so I'm not alone. But most of the time I'm here by myself. I usually use the time to write, like now. A lot has changed since you left, the twins had to put a shield around the place like what Yeosang has around his place. I can't count how many times my life has been in jeopardy in the last two months. I can't even sleep properly anymore. I always have nightmares and they get worse every night. Before Hongjoong had to go home he would come in when I was having a nightmare and would calm me down. Now I'm left alone to cry. It's getting harder but the hope of you coming back keeps me from falling completely into darkness. I probably sound really selfish but I can't help it. I've come to realize that I'm in love with you.
"Yeona?" I look up from the paper and see Yeosang standing in the doorway. I place down the pen in my hand and set aside the paper.
"Yeosang!" I blink a couple of times, surprised, "I didn't even hear you come in." I drop the notebook and pen on the floor. Yeosang makes his way to the window where I'm at. He sits down in front of me and flashes a smile at me.
"Yeah well you were invested in writing whatever you were writing." I look down ashamed. "Did I offend you? Sorry if I did, sometimes I can't control what comes out of my mouth."
I look up at Yeosang and shake my head. "You didn't offend me, it's just embarrassing." I look out the window at the landscape. It's been snowing hard so the ground and trees are covered with the cold.
"Come on, it can't be that embarrassing." I blink a couple of times before sighing.
"Well I read in a book that if you write a letter, burn it and while it's burning you think of the name you want the letter to go to it goes to that person."
"Does it work?" I furrow my brows.
"I don't know, maybe it does, maybe it doesn't." I shrug. "But enough about the letter, I figured you left like the others." Yeosang tilts his head at me.
"Nope, I was being chased."
"Chased?!" I echoed surprised. Yeosang nods his head like it's an everyday thing. Which I guess being a half blood you're always being chased. "What happened?"
"Well I guess Jungah found me."
"Is that who was chasing you?"
"Kind of, she had her followers chase me. Each time I thought they lost me they found me again." Yeosang shrugs.
