I decided that I would ask my mom one day if I could have a few friends over and we could hang out. So I gathered up the courage and asked her "Hey mom!" I hollered. "I'm upstairs Annie!" She replied sweetly. Apparently she had had a good day at work this was the perfect moment to ask. "May I ask you a question mom?" "Sure Annie what is it?" "Well I really wanna have a few friends over this weekend." I said quickly. "Sure Annie I don't see why not." she said. "YAY!"I yelled "Thank you mom your the absolute best!" I yelled while running down the stairs to get my phone and text the girls.
Annie: Guess what!
Amber:Chicken butt lol
Amy: What!? And good one Amber
Annie: My mom said I could have a few friends over this weekend so what do yall say?
Amy: I'm so in!
Amber: Hell yeah I'm in to!
Annie: Okay but there is a slight catch I want to invite Allie over things haven't necessarily been all that great between us since that day at school.
Amy: Okay I'm cool with it!
Amber: Fine but do I need to be nice to that girl she really gets under my skin.
Annie: YES! You have to play nice Amber.
Amber: Fine
Annie: Okay now that that's settled can you girls bring some money too because we may go to the mall or something.
Amy and Amber: Okay see you at school tomorrow!
Annie: Okay I'll get ahold of Allie see you guys at school tomorrow!

Conversation between Annie and Allie:
Annie: Hey I have a question.
Allie: What do you want Annie?
Annie:Well Amy,Amber, and I were gonna have a sleepover this weekend at my house and I was wondering if you would like to join?
Allie:Okay I'll come
Annie: Okay I can't wait we're gonna have so much fun and bring money please because we may go to the mall.
Allie: Okay goodnight Annie
Annie: Goodnight Allie

Day of the slumber party:
(Doorbell rings) "Annie the girls are at the door!" Mom yells. "I hear it." I yell as I go clambering down the stairs.It sounds like a heard of elephants if you ask me. When I get to the door and open it the girls are standing on the porch waiting patiently. Not.Saying.A.Word. It was pretty creepy but a warm wind came in as soon as I opened the door."Hey girls. Come right on in and follow me up to my room to set your stuff down." I said. "Okay." they replied at the same time. After the girls got settled and I gave them a tour of my house I told them we were going to the mall later today. They squealed with excitement like two year olds in a candy store.Amber was particularly quiet so I asked Allie and Amy to go upstairs. "What's the matter Amber?" I asked. "Nothing." she said while shrugging her shoulders. You could tell when Amber was lying because she was a very sucky liar. "Amber if it's Allie then I can ask her to leave." I said while staring at her. "No don't do that its just....never mind." she said quietly while looking down at the floor. "Amber you can tell me I won't judge you."
