Love Is Just The Beginning

Sorry it took me so long to update I've been busy. -M

It was later that afternoon after the girls had gone home that he texted me.
K:Hey um so about last night......im really sorry what happened.
A:Why are you sorry that that happened?
K: Because it seemed like you wanted to get away from me as quickly as possible after what happened.
I didn't text him after that. Because if he was sorry then I was too. Or was I? I was useless at this type of thing. Because I really liked him but then again I didn't. I mean I've never had a boyfriend or anything like that. I mean I've always wanted that but it's not like I can ask Santa Claus for that. So I did the only logical thing any girl would do. I called reinforcements. It was only about ten minutes after I called the girls that they showed up. "Okay spill your guts missy." they said
So I told them everything from beginning to end. They analyzed, and asked questions, and even scratched their heads, as hard as that is to believe. After I was finished they have their true and honest opinions.
Allie went first "I think it's quite obvious. You like him like a lot."
The others agreed. "Well what am I supposed to do if he's sorry for what happened?" I asked with my head in my hands.
Amy spoke first this time. "Annie your gorgeous,smart,stubborn,and when you want something you go for it don't let what he said stop you." she finished. "Um thanks I guess." I said unsurely. "So how am I supposed to show him that?" I asked looking at them.
"Easy!" Amber said with a devilish smirk that I was surprisingly uneasy about.
Next thing I know we were at his house. "I don't think I can do this. I feel like I'm going to throw up." I said nervously. "Don't worry Annie just walk up there and when he answers the door just smile and say are you gonna let me in?" Amber said. "Okay I think I can do this!" "That's the spirit!"Amber said slapping my back.
I walked up to the door and rang the doorbell. it took a few minutes until I heard anything. But right as I was going to say something the door flew open. Kaleb stood in the doorway looking as handsome as ever, at least in my opinion. His hair was messy as usual, He was wearing shorts and a basketball t-shirt and Nike socks. His eyes were a deep blue today and they were GORGEOUS! I was snapped back out of my daydream when he asked "Are you alright Annie?"
I didn't have to ask because he soon let me in and I stood in his foyer.
His house was magnificent! The foyer was decorated with places his family had traveled. And to the right you had a bathroom,and a few bedrooms. Straight in front was the living room and to the left you had the dining room and kitchen. And it looked like there was an upstairs but I wasn't going to go upstairs......Yet.
I was apparently too quite for too long and Kaleb finally spoke up. "I'm home alone so we can talk if that's what you came over to do." he said. "Oh yeah that's what I came over to do." We went into the living room and I spilled my guts to Kaleb. "Look Kaleb the truth is is that I really like you I have. Since I first saw you. And when we kissed it seemed as if I was right. So I was wondering if you wanted to -" I was cut off because he started talking. "No the guy is supposed to ask the girl. So Annie will you go out with me?" He asked with a sparkle in his eyes. "Yes!" I squealed. "So then do you want to try that kiss again?" He asked. "Yes!" I spoke.

He leaned in and kissed me with such passion it was as if a whole firework stand had blown up. I don't know how long we kissed when his and my phone started ringing. We both groaned and looked at the caller id's.
Thank goodness it was just our friends so we ignored them and got back to kissing.
It was about 8:30 when we broke apart to catch our breath. Holy shit I had been there for about 2 hours and we had been making out for about an hour and a half! This was the best day of my life! I mean like seriously it was!
But then my mom called and asked where I was and I had to lie to her and tell her at a friends house. Because technically I was at my "boyfriends" house not one of the girls house. But she wanted me home so I had to tell Kaleb. He instantly jumped up and said he'd do it. I was flattered.
Once we got to my house we spent another five minutes making out then I told him goodnight and walked inside.
Once I was inside I slid down the door and just smiled because that was the most magical night I had had. But the silence didn't last long because the girls came running down the stairs. Apparently they were staying the night again so I had to tell them what had happened. Which really sucked because I didn't want to tell them because I wanted to enjoy it.

Sorry it took me a while to update ive been busy these past few days and I didn't have any idea what I was gonna write. But yeah I hope you enjoyed!
