Chpt 39-

(this is going to be in third person)

Everything was different, the sky and the weather. The vibes of the people , feel better. California people are nicer. That's exactly what Courtney was looking for. A chill , calm environment and that's exactly where she was at.

Taylor gladly let Courtney stay with him like he wanted her too. Many things have happened since Courtney quit college. She finally told her parents how she quit , the talk with her father didn't go as well but they soon understood that she is happy where she is. She started talking to Emily once again after being so distant. Luckily Emily got into University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). So they see eachother on a daily basis.

Courtney did stay with Taylor but only for a month or so. As soon as Emily came to L.A. they found a house and now live together.

She got reconnected with all of the guys. Even Carter but he has a girlfriend now, Courtney thinks there's not a chance they can be together. Carter has different plans in mind. Parties would be thrown , new people to meet. She loved it in L.A.

Cameron started liking Emily as soon as Courtney introduced them too. He hasn't had the balls to do anything about it. Emily felt the same but whenever she tried to make a move on Cam, he would get scared and easily run away. Not literally but it made her felt like he didn't like her so she's given up. Little does she know what's in store for both of them.

Courtney woke up in annoyance to her alarm clock that buzzed non stop. Slapping it snoozing it and lazily laying her head back down. Then the thought of her rehearsals popped in her head immediately. She jolted up grabbing her bathroom towel hanging from her door and turned on the water jumping in not waiting for the hot water.

About 2 months ago , Courtney started taking dance classes again. She found herself joining a group a people who perform all around the world in competitions. Its a paying job and one she loves doing. They have a huge competition coming up in L.A.

She's been working really hard. Courtney jumped out of the shower , wrapped the towel around herself then basically ran to her closet. Nearly tripping on the way there. Grabbing a bright neon blue tank top with spandex for shorts then her favorite new Nike's. Courtney ran in the bathroom blowing drying her hair then pushing it back and putting it in a ponytail. She grabbed her phone and her backpack then stuffed extra clothes with other things needed. Courtney slung her backpack over her one shoulder then walked out of her room almost forgetting her phone then grabbing her keys and locking her door to her house but not before opening the fridge to get an apple, green were her favorites.

Opening her drivers door then throwing the backpack in the passenger seat and setting her phone down in the cup holder. She examined herself before checking her review mirror then backing out of the driveway. The dance studio was 10 minutes from her house she shared with Emily. Courtney turned up the radio as Chains by Nick Jonas came on. She was halfway done with her Apple by the time she reached the studio.

"Sorry I'm late." She rushed the words out of her mouth entering the studio telling her friend who runs the front of the studio. "Over sleeping?" The lady asked guessing more like stating why she was late.

"Yes, this is the last time!" Courtney shouted as she pushed passed the door with the sign that read : Advance Dance Crew. There were four levels which were beginner , 2nd year , major , and advanced. Courtney taught Advanced class. She walked in setting her bag down, greeting her students. "Ready girls , today's gonna be fun."

As it came closer to May , Courtney began going to hang with the guys a lot more. "Aye, that was my seat." Emily said teasingly to Cameron poking his cheek. He looked up at her laughing then picking her up and putting her in his lap. They were absolutely adorable.

Courtney got up from the spot she was in to go get a drink from inside. They were all at Taylor's house hanging out before the guys went on their worldwide 9/9 tour. She opened the back door since they were outside. Courtney was wearing her neon light blue bathing suit with shorts on over her bottoms and a white crop top over her bikini top. She made her way across the kitchen to the fridge where she was going to open it but a knock at the door came suddenly. Courtney annoyingly closed the fridge then made her way to the front door. She unlocked the door then opened it to reveal Carter.

They hesitantly looked away from each other as he entered. Carter thought about just walking away and avoiding this awkwardness but he turned towards her. "Court." He dragged on as she looked up surprised that he stopped and turned around. "Yeah?" She hesitantly asked her.

He smiled then pulled her in for a hug, they have missed each other more than ever. They both just haven't been wanting to admit it.
