Chpt 22 -

Courtney's POV

"Who the fuck is Damian?" I looked around the room still stunned. They were here. Were they all here? Why were they hear? Who just said that?

"You alright Courtney?" I was snapped out of my thoughts by Matt who was waving his hand back and forth in front of my face. I slapped his hand down and walked down from the stairs seeing their were two steps between the floor and the stairs.

"I'm fine." I said then I turned back to Taylor who gave me a frown. "Why are they here?" I asked him crossing my arms and tapping my foot.

"Is somebody gonna answer the damn question." Taylor looked towards Carter who threw his hands up in the air. I cocked my head to the side , and rolled my eyes at him.

"Once again, why the fuck are they here?" I asked again facing towards Taylor ignoring Carter completely. Taylor scratched the back of his neck.

"I told them to wait downstairs I thought we would be done talking but" he stopped talking to look at me with sorrow eyes. "Nice to see you too Courtney." I heard Nash mumble under his breath.

"You guys think after a year I'm just fine with you guys just walking into my life again?" I asked after I ran my hands through my hair and landed on the couch. They were quiet after that. The chewing of the chips stopped and I knew I shut them up. I got up from the couch to see the guys looking down.

"We're sorry." I heard Carter say from behind me as I turned around. The guys nodded agreeing with him.

"Are you really sorry?" I asked Turing to look at all of them. "If you were really sorry you wouldn't of done that in the first place." I said with attitude added to my voice.

"Can we explain?" Carter said looking back at me. "I mean me, let me explain." He said holding out his hand for me to take it.

"No, why would I do that." I said backing away from his hand closer to Taylor.

"Why did you let Taylor back in then?" He said anger added to his voice. I shook my head and looked down. He's been my Bestfriend I would let Taylor back into my life at anytime.

"Just get out please." I said in a low voice but loud enough for all of them to hear it. Their faces all looked confused.
"Please." I said one last time, they all got up and began to walk out except Carter.

"Why are you still here?" I asked him walking towards the door holding it open. He walked towards me not looking away from my eyes.

"For you." He said putting his hand up to my cheek. "I'm staying this time." Was the last thing he said before walking out.

"Well damn." Was all Taylor said as he landed on the couch. "You have no idea." I said putting my hands to my head shaking my head.
