"All passengers please grab your luggage and board off the plane" the flight attendant smiled as she watched everyone get off one by one and head into the airport. I gave her a small smile back as I stepped off the plane and looked up at the sun rays beaming down onto me.

It was great to be home. With that thought in mind, I held onto my bag that was in hand and then strutted my way into the airport, it's been a year since the day that I parted from this same place. No one had known about my return, I was set on surprising everyone.

With a huff, I filled myself with confidence before stepping out of the airport and calling for an taxi to come and pick me up. "Hey!" I waved over to the the taxi with both arms and a wide smile on my face. As it pulled off, I thanked the driver and hoped into the back.

"Where am I taking you?" He looked into the mirror, focusing his attention on me as he asked. I quickly gave him Tooru's address with a wide smile on my face, my cheeks already coating themselves in a light pink just from the thought of getting to see him again.

With that done, he took the taxi out of parking and started leaving the side of the airport, driving down the familiar roads and towards the destined location. I cheerfully gazed out the window, watching all the trees and buildings flying by as we drove past them.

Bzzt.

My phone dinged and I swiftly scooped it up into my hand. Reading over, it was alarmed that I had one new email from Tooru. Smiling, I opened the email and read over it carefully, taking each word that he had typed out slowly into mind, wanting to saviour each word that he sent me.

I hope you're doing okay, it's been over a year since we've seen each-other now and I really miss you. My mum is dying to see you when you come back, the other guys too. Everyone wants to do a road trip but it wouldn't be the same without you. Come back soon!

A soft chuckle escaped my lips once I finished reading the message. It was convenient that he'd send something like this on the day that I was arriving back after all. Still, reading it made me turn red in happiness, I was happy that everyone was taking me into consideration.

The taxi started coming to a halt, right outside Tooru's house. At that, I had an idea and quietly got out from the taxi, grabbing my luggage and placing it on the side of the walkway. "Thank you so much, have a great day!" Handing him some cash, he smiled and nodded before driving off.

Grinning at my own message, I carefully shoved my phone into my bag and stood on the sidewalk with crossed arms and a pleasing smile. Any second now, Tooru will read the message and bolt out of his house, I already know it. I counted the seconds slowly before his front door slammed open.

Just as expected, Tooru was standing there, one arm pressed against the front door as he huffed and used his other arm to wipe away the sweat forming on his forehead. Lifting his head up, his eyes connected with my own before they widened slightly at the sight of me.

"[Yn]!?" Calling my name out, he almost tripped as he ran over to me in a hurry, his body colliding into mine and his arms wrapping around me tightly. I let out a soft giggle as I cuddled into his torso, embracing into him. "I'm back, Tooru."

My words came out softly, my eyes lidded as I stared up at his teary eyes. He let out a breathy chuckle before pulling my head into his chest, his hands wrapping around my head as he held me tightly. He didn't want to let go, not yet.

"You didn't tell me you were coming back!" He then pulled me away, gasping lightly as he overlooked me with a slightly annoyed expression covering over the delighted one that he had before.
