Loving someone deeply may slowly break us.

"Food is delicious here" Yoongi commented not bothering to look up. "We should leave. Otherwise we will be late for the meeting" surprisingly we spent more than an hour here. Though we didn't speak much none of us wanted to leave. We ate as slow as possible. "Are you going alone?" I nodded my head. "Can we go in my car?"

"Sure" I don't think I should worry. Tom need to go back home to take care of his dad and I am not in the mood to drive the car. "Ok" he got up before paying the bill. I insisted on paying it but he didn't listen so we ended up splitting the bill. I can't let him pay for the food as it is not a date. I am capable enough to pay my own bill. I called and informed Tom to leave. I told him take a day off for Saturday too. I really hope he will get suitable job and settle in his life.

I was walking watching my phone while following Yoongi. I checked on Hoseok and Chloe too. I didn't realize Yoongi stopping walking and bumped in to him. "Sorry" I mumbled looking up. "Chatting with your boyfriend" I frowned at his coldness. Just now I thought we were good. "Get in" I sighed getting in the car. "Am I your driver?"

"Just get in the front" wait I thought we will be going with his driver. Now that I see he was sitting in the driving seat and he was alone. I slapped myself mentally before getting in to the passenger seat. I waited for him to start the car but he was looking at me. "What?" I asked him irritated. "This" he grabbed seatbelt hovering over me and pulled it in. I sucked in breath when I realized how close he is to me. My senses were filled with his mint smell.

He got up and started driving. "Are you ok?" I avoided looking at him knowing I am a hot mess now. If he sees me now he will know the effect he has on me. "Yes" I answered him rolling the window down. The cool air breeze hit my face making me shiver. "It is freezing out. Why are you rolling the window?" I glanced at Yoongi madly. "Can't I open it just for fun?" he side glanced at me weirdly.

He mumbled something likes 'you are still the same' but I didn't bother asking him. "I thought you would bring Hoseok with you" I looked around for my bag wondering where I kept. "He is busy with other things" I am sure I brought my bag from restaurant. "Did you get all the documents?" I hummed looking back. There it is. My bag was on the backseat where I sat earlier. I tried to reach it by my hand but I couldn't reach it. I slowly unbuckled my seat belt and moved a little so that I can reach it.

I was too absorbed on the bag I didn't realize car was turning. I shrieked in surprise when the car turned right. I lost my balance and fell on Yoongi. I tried to get up but I couldn't do it. "Stop" I stopped when I heard Yoongi strained voice. I looked up to see his clenched jaw. I composed myself and got up slowly. I buckled my seatbelt mumbling sorry to him. I looked at my bag not wanting to make one more stupid move.

"Here" Yoongi grabbed bag with his hand and placed it harshly on my lap. "Don't make any stupid stunts" I frowned biting my lip. I didn't do anything to make him mad. He was normal and cool when we were in restaurant. He started being douche since we got in his car. It is not like I asked him for drive. He is the one offered me to ride in same car. I decided ignore him for the rest of the ride. I wanted to listen to music but knowing he would flip if I switch on the radio I kept quiet. I grabbed my earphones and plugged in my phone listening to music. I blocked all the noise and Yoongi for the rest of the ride.

I opened my eyes when I felt the car stop. I grabbed my bag and switching off the music. I got out the car and realized Yoongi also got out. I waited for Yoongi to lead the way as I am not aware of this place. He left without even bothering to check on me. I rolled my eyes at his behaviour. I followed him quickly not wanting to get lost.

It seemed like a wooden house from outside. Once we entered the entire house was decorated with luxurious furniture. From living room two ways were parted. I glanced around the house which seemed lot bigger than from outside. "Hi" Jin came out from right side path. "I am sorry for making you travel all the way"

"It is fine" he gave me a hug. "You should fresh up and get something to drink. We can start the meeting in an hour" I checked the time and saw it is already six in the evening. "Can we skip it and proceed with meeting. I mean travelling would be difficult if it is late" Jin looked at Yoongi confused. "Didn't you tell her about your stay?" I looked at them both confused. "I forgot" Yoongi said unbothered. "There is a storm approaching and I informed Yoongi to postpone the meeting but he said you agreed to stay for the night here"

I glared at Yoongi at this. Why the hell would I stay here with him? I clearly told him we can have this meeting on Monday but he insisted and now this. "I already prepared your rooms. You can rest after the meeting if you want" Jin left when someone called him. "I need to go back home" I told Yoongi when he left. "You can go but I am not going back in this weather"

I huffed in anger before walking away from him. My priority right now is to get fresh and finish the damn meeting. I asked staff to help me with room and washed my face. Since I ate before leaving I wasn't hungry. I decided to check up on Hoseok once. "Hello" I heard sleepy voice of Hoseok. "Are you sleeping?" I heard shuffling other side. "No. I am with detective team searching for Evan"

"Did you find something" he didn't speak so I thought he was coming out. "Ezra was right. His men were in Italy and some of them still lingering there" I cursed him loudly making Hoseok chuckle. "Evan came to our city last week. He is in Russia now. But he rented an apartment here" apparently Evan took an apartment lease for six months and has been frequently visiting. He must be plotting something. "Where are you?"

"I came to beach house. I will have meeting with Jin in half an hour" he hummed in reply. "I need to pick up Chloe and drop her at home. Weather seems too bad" I glanced out of the window and saw it is completely dark. "Take care of yourself. Don't travel if it is late" I agreed with him and hang up the call. I called Ian to check on Leon but he already fell asleep. Ian said he will drop him at school tomorrow.

After few minutes I went out taking out the necessary files. Meeting ended quicker than I thought. Jin was happy with progress and suggested few things too. Yoongi and I decided to work on this week. "I need to leave" I told Yoongi once the meeting ended. "Like I said you can go" I glared at him for being like this. I checked my phone for any cab but no avail.

I walked out angry at him. I don't understand him why he is behaving like this. I thought he would ignore me or insult me but he is behaving so oddly. It is so unlike him. I snapped out of my thoughts when I felt water drops on my head. I looked up and realized it already started raining. I closed my eyes enjoying the rain when I felt a shadow near me.
