Revenge sounds so mean, so I called it "returning the favour"

"Y/n, are you ok?" Hoseok couldn't bring himself to ask her. He didn't expect him to do this but he betrayed her again. "I am fine" she sighed loudly before getting up. "We can't dwell on what is done. We need to take our next steps faster" she grabbed her bag and got out of the office. "Where are you going?"

"I am going home. I need to talk to Ian about the project" though she is president and handles all of it she has to take permission from Ian sometimes. "Why? I thought we can handle this later" she shook her head. "Ian needs to sign this. Ask Chloe to send this to him. I will talk to him directly later" she looked around herself. "We can't trust anyone now. With his approval we can cancel this project" Hoseok nodded and took the file from her.

It's been two days they lost project to Lucas. Yoongi didn't call her and she didn't try reaching him either. She made herself busy with the ongoing projects for the last two days. She removed Grace and Ethan from the discussions too. Hoseok and Mr. Miller were directly handling the clients now. She wants to go ahead and cancel the collaboration project with Lucas.

This is their only chance to ruin him. She prepared everything and waited for right opportunity to do that but to cancel any project more than ten million worth they need their chairman approval. It was the rule of this company. She decided to call it day and go home. She was exhausted from the work and drama with Yoongi for the past two days.

She got in her room and took a shower. She changed her clothes and took her laptop again. She wanted to find complete all details before cornering Lucas. It doesn't matter if she has Yoongi support or not she will finish this. It was a war she started before he came back. She needs to put her emotions aside and do this. She has to do it for the sake of Aria and Leon I have to do it. She promised myself when Aria comes back she won't have anything to threaten her life. She needs to remove Lucas and Evan before she can come back.

Once she was clear about all the details she called Ian for confirmation. "Hey Y/n" he greeted as soon as the screen lit up. "Hi" she smiled to ease the tension. "I was about to call you actually" she can hear noises from background. "Aria is discharged and we are planning to come back home this Monday" her face became pale after listening to him. "I thought you will be staying for one more week"

"Aria is complaining about it so we agreed" she nodded her head at his words. "Is everything alright?" he sensed her discomfort and asked her. "Yes. I just need your sign on this file" she gestured the file to him. "I have sent fax so can you share it after signing?" he hummed in agreement. "You will receive it within an hour"

"Is there anything else you want to tell me?" she smiled at him. "No. I will manage everything here. Just take care of Aria for now" he wanted to say something but decided against it. "I will call you later" she disconnected the call and fell on the bed. Four days is all she has now. She is sure once Aria comes she has to tell her everything.

She didn't know when she fell asleep. "Y/n" she felt someone shook her. "We need to leave for meeting" she groaned moving around on the bed. "Wake up" Hoseok pulled her hand and made her sit on the bed. "Get up sleepy head" she rubbed her eyes and looked at him. She checked her phone and her eyes widened when she realized it was morning already. She slept more than twelve hours.

"How did I sleep so much?" she mumbled making Hoseok laugh. "You should get ready first" she nodded getting up from the bed. She walked in and had a shower. She got dressed in black skirt and white shirt with black blazer. She pulled her hair in to ponytail and applied red lipstick. Her whole appearance screamed dominance today. She grabbed her black clutch and phone and walked out.

"Let's go" she was already late so she didn't worry to have breakfast. "I got file Ian signed yesterday and we already sent legal notice to Lucas Company" Hoseok filled her on details of happening. "Did he get the notice?" Hoseok shook his head. "He will check it by 11am as he has meeting so he will be surprised when it happens" she smiled in satisfaction.

They reached Lucas office within fifteen minutes. "Hi, can I meet Mr. Lucas" she informed receptionist who frowned at her. "I am sorry miss. Y/n but he is in meeting with Mr. Min" receptionist was worried about her temper. She knows Yoongi and Y/n as they both worked with them before. "That's ok. We are here to meet both of them actually"

"I will inform them then" she said and called to inform the same. Within ten minutes Hoseok and Y/n were guided to tenth floor where Lucas office is located. She knocked on and got in with Hoseok. "Hello Y/n, Hoseok. Good to see you guys"

"Hi" she fake smiled at him and glanced at Yoongi who was sitting on the sofa. "I am surprised to see you here in the early morning" he gestured them to sit on the sofa. "I don't want to but I had to" she sighed sadly placing the documents on the table. "I didn't expect you to be this immature" Lucas looked at her confused. "When we agreed to collaborate with you on this project I thought you are a great business man but you used cheap materials and the building collapsed"

"What?" Lucas looked at her in disbelief. "It is all over news" Hoseok commented and Lucas switched on the screen attached to his wall. He switched it to a news channel where they were covering the news of building collapsed. "Impossible. I visited the site day before yesterday. Everything was perfect then how did -" he held his head in his hands and they can see he is stressed.

"I wish I can help you Lucas but I can't" Y/n placed the papers in front of him. "I got an order from our chairman to get the damage control" he read the papers and his face paled more. "I don't know enough funds at the moment. I invested in the project recently and it will take time to get the amount back" everyone in the room knows this. He invested in the bidding and he has to construct the building first and sell it. Then only he will get his invested amount and benefit.

"As your old friend I will give two days time. Please try to arrange the funds" she got up and left the room not leaving the room for discussion. Two days. She has two days to destroy Lucas completely and corner Evan.
