Chapter 10 - Christmas chaos

Freddy was the first to wake up after a peaceful nap. Chica had slept like a log. Roxy was snuggled up with 'him'. Monty did not sleep at all. He was scared that Roxy would find him. Freddy decided to start on the Christmas decorations because it was getting to that time of the year again. It took a good hour or so to do each room. Then he looked at the atrium.

Freddy: "I think I shall wait until the others wake up."

Monty came out of hiding. When he saw Freddy. He had been hiding behind the curtains on the main stage.

Freddy: "Ah, there you are."

Monty: "Roxy isn't here, is she?"

Freddy: "No, she is still asleep. Why?"

Monty: "How likely is it that she's still mad?"

Freddy: "Undoubtedly."

Monty: "Could you stop her if she tries anything?"

Freddy: "Yes, but I would like you to help me with decorating the main atrium."

Monty: "What? That gonna take... Ugh, fine."

Freddy: "Good. Now we wait for the others."

'He' was the next to arrive. Monty looked rather uncomfortable at this.

'Him': "Done very well. At least it's December when you put them up."

Freddy: "Thank you. Could you help us when the others arrive?"

'Him': "Yea, sure. Roxy has gone to wake Chica up, by the way."

Freddy: "Good. Ahhh, Andy.

Andy: "Good to see you all. 'You're still alive and well, I see."

Monty: "Just."

Andy: "Well 'he' can tell me all about it as I need to speak to you anyway."

'Him': "Right."

'Him': "Ok, so what is that you want to talk about?"

Andy: "Your experience of this last week, of course."

'Him': "Interesting, that's for sure."

Andy: "Well, that's to be expected."

'Him': "Yea, well, you could have warned me about that."

Andy: "You survived, did you not."

'Him': "You sound like Monty. Roxy is going to kill him on sight."

Andy: "Did he do the loud speaker thing again?"

'Him': "Yes. It was deafening."

Andy: "What was it this time?"

'Him': "You are a pirate."

Andy: "Oh."

'Him': "Would possibly have been amusing if I was outside the room and not asleep."

Andy: "You were asleep in Roxy's room?"

'Him': "Yea, she got me after about a week."

Andy: "What was that like?"

'Him': "She wasn't forceful like the others said she would be. They didn't have to worry because she was only after me."

Andy: "So I was told."

'Him': "Monty was with me. He was supposed to help me stay away from Roxy, but he didn't. Chica didn't take too kindly to that."

Andy: "How did you get around?"
