Amy is not a virgin. She lost her virginity her freshman year to David Wilson before she started dating Caden Whittemore. So she's not losing her virginity when she decides to be bad and hook up with Derek a few times over the next couple days after Peter's defeat. While Amy is out sleeping with Derek after he gives someone the bite, Melissa is on a phone call on her cellphone at the hospital with Deucalion.
"What do you mean you're coming to town?" Melissa asks. She's not mad because she knew now that Deucalion and Amy have spoken, he'd want to come and meet her in person.
"There's some things in Beacon Hills I need to take care of," Deucalion replies as he looks at Kali. "One of those things is meet my daughter. But... can you not tell Amaryllis? I want to surprise her?"
"I won't tell her," Melissa replies. "She just came back from the Heavens a few days ago. She's been sleeping with someone, she thinks I don't know but..."
"A parent always knows," Deucalion says. "I'll be around soon. I won't see you but perhaps say hi to me so I can hear you? It's been a long time."
"Deucalion, you're hearing my voice now."
Deucalion chuckles. "Oh, it's different when it's in person, Melissa. I'll talk to you soon. I don't know when I'll be there but keep an eye out."
Melissa exhales shakily and she goes inside to get back to work. 🐺🐺🐺⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Amy sneaks back into her house, not knowing if Scott's here or not. She knows Melissa is at the hospital. Amy goes to the bathroom and she takes a shower to wash the sex and semen off of her. Derek doesn't use condoms but he pulls out even before the pre-ejaculate comes out. He's very safe and Amy is beyond thankful.
In nothing but a towel, Amaryllis goes back into her bedroom and picks up the picture that's on her dresser. It's of her and Ally one week before Ally's death. Melissa took it while the two were hiding behind a plastic plant at Ally's therapist's office. Melissa was Ally's ride and Ally's therapist wanted to meet Amy.

"I miss you, Ally," Amy murmurs and she puts the picture down to find some clothes.
Amaryllis's cellphone rings on her bedside table when she's in black yoga pants and a tank top. "Stiles?"
"Lydia's missing, can you and Scott pick me up at the hospital?" Stiles asks.
Amy agrees and she goes to Scott's room and opens the door. He's just now climbing into the window after having to run from Allison's before her mother, Victoria Argent, catches her.
"I heard Lydia's scream."
"That was Lydia?" Amy asks as she pulls on shoes.
She grabs Scott and teleports them to the woods behind the hospital and they run to Stiles' Jeep. It still amazes Scott that when his sister travels by lightning it doesn't burn her clothes... it didn't burn his, either. Stiles soon comes out with the bloody gown that was Lydia's.
