Amy has been staying in a loft in the building across the street from Peter's with Deucalion. He's not home a lot because he's out adjusting to having his eye site back but when he is home and Amy's not working at the Sheriff's Department, the father - daughter duo spend a lot of time together.
Amy is making breakfast as Deucalion comes downstairs in some jeans and a brown sweater. "Guten Morgen, Papa."
Deucalion's heart does as it always does, it warms at the 'dad' coming from his only child and he's so happy that she learned German instead of the basic school languages: French and / or Spanish. "Morning, Amy," he says as he walks over and he peers at her face. "I'm sorry. I can't stop looking at your face now that I can see it."
"Really?" Amy asks, her nose crinkling.
"I can't help it," Deucalion replies. "I'm going out to where I usually go."
"Okay," Amy says. "I have to work."
Deucalion goes to set the table, feeling good because he can. He also feels good because Derek and Scott let him go. They let him go because he is Amy's father and because they're good. Deucalion cam respect their decision.

"Guten Morgen meine Herren," Amy greets her fellow co-worker cops in German and everyone looks at her. "Good morning, gentlemen," she translates.
"Good morning, McCall," one of the cops greets.
"I'm going by Emery here, gentleman" Amy informs the cop says.
"Okay," the cop replies with a small smile.
"Morning, Amy," sheriff Stilinski, Stiles' dad, greets as he walks by with a box.
"Morning, Sheriff," Amy greets before Stilinski leaves.

"Hey, Amy!" Stiles greets Amy. He almost forgot that she's a cop now. "Is my dad here?"
"Hey, Stiles," Amy greets. "Your dad's in his office."
"Thanks," Stiles says and he goes away with the vase of flowers and goes down the hall toward his dad's office.

The sheriff, his newest deputy - Amy -, Scott, and Stiles head to the Tate house. Stilinski knows that Amy's a hybrid and now he's even more glad to have her on the force. A Goddess Demon Wolf Alpha? Yeah... she's a spectacular addition.
Mr. Tate lets the sheriff and the sheriff's deputy into his house while Scott and Stiles try to sneak in the back. Amy, who's also been getting werewolf training from Deucalion, tries catching this Malia girl's scent.
Mr. Tate uses a box cutter to cut some tape on a box. "I've been having a coyote problem," he claims and he pulls out a trap. "The population is up around here and they get into everything." He lays the trap on his dining table.
"That doesn't really look big enough to catch one."
"It's a rat trap," Mr. Tate and Amy say in sync.
"My dad's apartment building has rats bad so I've seen several traps like this," Amy says and she shutters a little bit.
"Take away the coyote's source of food and they leave you alone," Mr. Tate says. "And I hope your dad's landlord gets rid of the rats."
"So do I, Mr. Tate," Amy says.
He offers her a small smile before his face falls. "These days," Mr. Tate says, "to be honest, I'd prefer to be left alone."
"I understand," Stilinski says when he catches the hidden meaning in Mr. Tate's tone. "Just a couple of questions and I promise we'll leave."
Mr. Tate lets out a sigh and he agrees to the questions.
"New evidence?" Mr. Tate asks after Stilinski is done explaining some stuff.
"Possibly," Stilinski replies.
"APOLLO!" Mr. Tate yells when his Rottweiler starts barking (at Scott and Stiles, little does the man know). "Apollo, shut up! Shit the hell up!" He yells again and Apollo, the dog, stops barking (but continues staring at Scott and Stiles).

Amy goes home and sees the loft empty and cold. She decided to come home since Deucalion said he'd be gone a few days this time. Amy unpacks her duffle bag in her and Derek's bedroom. She starts up the heat and she walks over to the very large window wall thing.
Amaryllis closes her eyes and she smiles to herself. She loved staying at Deucalion's because she got to spend time with her dad but she's glad to be home, even if Derek's in Brazil right now with Cora.
Amy goes to the bedroom and she takes off her clothes. She puts on some of Derek's boxers and t-shirts before climbing into the bed until she gets a call. Amy puts her uniform back on and she heads out.

No one has been able to get ahold of Derek for a while and the same can be said for Peter. Amy's worried because if Derek doesn't answer, Peter always does. And Cora said Derek left her place in Brazil about two weeks ago.
That's another reason Amy came home. In case Derek turns up and comes here, she can be the first face he sees instead of an empty loft.
