8.72 First Blue Star - Lin Yven's Feelings

In the middle of the night, at the forest in the middle region of Planet Citlali.

A fast-moving creature can be seen running along the forestry being chased by a few men wearing all black all over them. These men were hunting the human child riding the back of the huge liger. Based on the size of the Liger, obviously, this isn't a mutated animal or beast but instead someone's quantum beast.

They were moving faster within the trees but still couldn't outrun the escaping quantum beast carrying their target. Seeing this the leader of the pursuing team cursed the nine generations of that child. He is yelling his orders as if losing them.

Major General Navi Itri yells, "Kill the young man! That's Lin Yven from the Lin Clan! If he returned to the camp alive, our Navi Clan and everything we own would perish!!!"

"But Clan Leader, that quantum beast is a hybrid type, We could never outrun it. That's a Liger, a Lion-Tiger Hybrid. It possesses an above S-ranked physique!"

"I don't care what you do, the child must die! Lin Yven is the newly approved aide of Feng Jing.. Even without proof, as long as Feng Jing believes him, our Navi Clan would be destroyed by the Feng Clan, Altair Family, and the Lin Clan. It would be destruction!!!" retorted Major General Navi Itri.

"He is connected to the Phoenix Clan. SHIT! Kill the boy!!!"

They keep missing their target with just their spiritual attacks and start throwing some weapons towards Lin Yven. Lin Yven in the midst of pain covered him and his quantum beast Liger with a barrier made of his spiritual qi. It was able to block both spirit and physical attacks.

But getting attacked from all sides would sometimes let a few attacks pass through his barrier especially when he was getting weakened by the immeasurable pain of his inside churning from the fatal attack that he got hit before. He once again pukes a mouthful of the body but this time there are some bits of flesh included in it. These are from the badly damaged internal organs.

COUGHS~!!!

[MASTER!] Calls the Liger.

But Lin Yven could only keep his grip on its fur tightened and reply only in their spiritual connection.

{Don't mind me! RUN FASTER!}

[But master your injuries as deadly!]

Whining at his Master's decision the Liger could only let out a sad yet loud roar as if calling anyone that might be able to help them. Tears are flowing from the eyes of the Liger. As Lin Yven's quantum beast, it knew the best as to what his Master's current state is.

It is very bad, as their connections get weaker and weaker but for some reason, his master, Lin Yven, makes sure that he would be harmed by anything. His white stripper fur unknown to the Liger is now being dyed by crimson color. Now Lin Yven's life and death are hanging by a single line.

Lin Tian had walked back to his family tent to meet his father and grandfather. He reported what the guards had said.

"Father! Grandfather! They aren't letting me out of the camp, Yve is missing! I need to find him!" said Lin Tian.

Lin Tang frowned and suddenly stood up.
