8.69 First Blue Star - I Only Like Girls!

The bewildered look of Xue Ying almost made Feng Yang laugh. Except for him, the marshal and Regulus Zenith also knew that the guide that had cured Xue Ying's mania is none other than Student Lin Yven. But for some reason, the young man doesn't wish to tell Xue Ying that it was him who had helped him. They didn't hear the reason why but since the student doesn't want to inform Xue Ying, they are willing to keep this a secret as the one asking is the savior who cured their family member.

By the orders of the Marshal, King Zenith and Young Lord Feng Yang, no one in the camp dared to tell Xue Ying anything about the one who had to save him. But some had already misunderstood, after all, they weren't blind enough not to notice how scary the glare Student Lin Yven is giving Lieutenant General Xue Ying and they all thought that these two had been quarreling.

Feng Yang taunted his cousin about his love-hate relationship with Lin Yven.

"Pfft! You fool, what did you do for Student Lin Yven to hate you so much? He glares at you every time you meet each other~ Hahaha!" said Feng Yang.

At this point, neither King Regulus Zenith and Marshal Altair Sirius could almost no longer hold back laughing. The sound of muffled laughs can be heard coming from these two. Though they didn't know the reason they could still somewhat discern that the child's anger is that deep one.. Moreover, he had been teased badly by something and was now pouting by glaring at Xue Ying.

Bewildered Xue Ying said, "Don't laugh! I really don't know why he hates it as well, okay!? He glowers at me every time we bump on the way. Hearing Xue Ying's declaration Feng Yang and King Regulus Zenith no longer hold back their laughter. The sound of joy was echoing inside the main tent. What they didn't expect was that at this moment, a small group of students was about to enter the main tent. Led by Feng Jing who came over to finally report to the military by asking his Sentinel's permission, Bai Yuyan, Lin Yven, and Feng Wu, came with him to support him as his aides.

They've also heard the declaration made by Xue Ying, this idiot. Dumbfounded, they are few people who knew about Lin Yven saving Lieutenant General Xue Ying of his mania and his secret admiration for the person. The words spouted by Xue Ying were like a rejection to Lin Yven knowing that the person he likes only likes girls.

When Lin Yven learned about his sexual preferences the only hope that Xue Ying might like him even a bit had burst at this moment. His face paled in shock and sadness that everyone could see that he was almost about to cry. This left even Xue Ying speechless.

Lin Yven's voice trembles as he says, "I... I also... don't... like you... at all!" as every word came out of Lin Yven's mouth his tone turned colder and indifferent. His eyes were at Lieutenant General Xue Ying's face glaring at him with teary red eyes.

Lieutenant General Xue Ying stood there like a frozen pole but his eyes never left the crying figure before him. The moment he saw Lin Yven avert his eyes from him left a pang in his heart. It was uncomfortable and much more painful than the torment he had suffered during his mania. Now he felt that something had gone missing inside him.

Lin Yven looked at his Young Lord and said, "My Lord I am not feeling well. Would you please excuse me for today?"

"Go ahead, Yven. I will tell the instructor that you aren't feeling well. You may go," said Feng Jing while Feng Wu gently pats Lin Yven's back in comfort and Bai Yuyan glared at his fiance, Feng Yang. Lin Yven took his leave right away after receiving permission. His eyes had never wandered back on Xue Ying again.
