I wanna love you,
But not like that,
That's not the love,
That we both get.

You try to stay,
But I won't let you in,
We both pray,
That this won't be the end.

Through my sleepless nights,
Your voice echos in my mind,
I won't turn on the lights,
'Cause in the silence I would see behind.

Your facades and masks,
I don't trust my brain,
I don't want to ask,
It would only cause more pain.
