He didnt really know the person, he was just there for emotional support he guesses. Kirishima, his best friend, needed someone to lean on during the funeral of his own friend. Katsuki would have said no in a heart beat, but decided against it after seeing the way his only friend looked truly distraught. It was the least he could do since kirishima is always there to deal with his bullshit when others couldnt take it. So, they both dressed in black tuxedos and drove to the funeral. It was a nice service, at least thats what katsuki would say if he had ever been to a funeral. This was the first one he had ever experienced.

Though, he could really feel anything about a person he didnt even know. He saw people crying and trying to hold in their sobs, but it didnt do anything to his mood except maybe make him a bit uncomfortable. Especially when people would ask him if he knew the guy, to which he would awkwardly rely no, that he  was here to help a friend, and they would give him a look and then politely excuse themselves, only to go and gossip to some other friend or relative about the blond stranger who had no right or real reason to be here on such a depressing day.

He was seriously thinking about just leaving since kirishima was too busy talking to every single person in the whole building, reminiscing and talking about the good ol times with the person who seemed to be easily liked. I mean, look how many people showed up to his funeral. Katsuki is bored, running his finger around his glass full of water. He wishes it was something stronger, no better way to deal with a loss then booze, but there was none. It was a church.

Someone sits next to him, yawning loudly. Katsuki glares at them, annoyed that his bubble of boredom was ruined by some asshole that clearly was too good to be here. Of course he didnt either but at least he wasnt being obnoxious about it. The person looks at him, a brow quirked in question. Katsuki stares for a couple seconds. Green hair and green eyes that shine compared to the dark suit and tie hes wearing. He has.. Freckles.. Katsuki had never had a thing for freckles, but this guy makes them.. Really stand out. The guy blinks and then he smiles, the corner of his eyes crinkling up slightly.  "What brings you to this funeral?"

Katsuki blinks slowly, slightly stunned. "Um. Someones fucking dead." The male shrugs, and reaches into his pocket. He pulls out a small flask, showing katsuki under the table and gesturing for him to take it. Katsukis eyes widen but he takes it, looking around to see if anyone is watching him, and when the coast is clear, he takes a quick swig and puts it back into the guys hand. He smiles again and takes a swig of his own, then putting it back in his pocket. Katsuki continues to stare and the male just gives him a cheeky grin. "I come to these things a lot, and ive learned you gotta have something to at least take the edge off."

Katsuki raises a brow. "You come to funerals a lot? What the hell, why?" The guy just folds his arms on the table and leans over to katsukis ear. His face feels hot next to his. "Im gonna tell you this cuz you seem as bored as me." His voice is hot in his ear and katsuki flushes. "Im the one who killed him." Katsukis eyes widen, and he backs up slightly to meet the mans eyes. That same cheeky grin is on his face as if he just told the funniest joke in the whole world. Maybe it is a joke. But katsuki can see it in his eyes. It definitely isnt.  The man takes another swig of his drink, not caring if anyone sees. Some of the liquid dribbles out from the corner of his mouth and he licks it. Katsuki catches himself watching the pink muscle dart out and back in with extreme interest.

This funeral just got a lot more interesting.
