Y/n pov
~the next day~

Mal and I were walking back to meet others laughing and catching up on the way. When we got there I saw Wyatt and the others looking at our direction and Wyatt came to hug me

"Where were you pup? I was worried sick!" Wyatt said holding both of my arms "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you guys. I just needed to clear my head a bit" I lied as Wyatt let go of me "you went out alone?! Star you know, how dangerous that is!" A-lan said worriedly

"Technically she wasn't alone since I went with her" Mal said trying to cover for me and I smiled at her as she smiled back "Okay, but since when do you two ever smile at each?" Uma asked confused

"well Mal and I may or may not have talked while in the forest and I decided to forgive her" I said and everyone smiled happy to hear the news especially Addison and Evie "that's great guys. I'm so happy that you both decided to get along!" Addison said excitedly and I chuckled a little at her excitement

"as much as I'm happy for you guys. You still have to be careful n/n. We thought you were missing for a moment" Willa said "I understand Willa and I'm sorry about that" I said and Willa nodded "we need to keep going after what happened yesterday there's no telling what Veronica will do next" Wyatt said and we all nodded as we started walking

Vanna pov

Me and the boys were spying on the alpha and her friends and I could see them continuing to head towards the cave. "Can we please just take her. This is really starting to get on my nerves" Valtor said and me and Vincent glared at him

"You know we can't attack until it's the right opportunity besides you nearly got us caught last night cause you were so impatient" I said flying a bit to catch up with the crew "we still would have gotten her. It was just her dumb sister that was with her" Valtor said

"Yeah, because it's not like she have magic too" Vincent said sarcastically and Valtor glared at him "Look all I'm saying is, we had an opportunity" Valtor said and me and Vincent scoffed 'I'm am seriously going to hurt this guy if he continues talking' I thought

"you heard what Veronica said. we first have try to convince the Alpha to join us and if that doesn't work we attack her at a moment of weakness" Vincent said "right we just have to find a way to get her alone so that we can talk to her" I said mostly talking to myself

"I think I have an idea but it's a bit crazy" Vincent said and I smirked

Y/n pov

We were all walking for a while now but I still couldn't help feeling like there was a presence coming from the forest. "N/n you okay? You look tired" Evie asked pulling me out of my thoughts

"Y..Yeah I'm fine E just stressed that's all" I said putting on a fake smile but I could see Wyatt and Addison looking at me from the corner of my eye. Suddenly my eyes started to glow green and the images started happening again as I fell to the ground from the pain in my head that was even worse now

"Y/n!? / star!?" Everyone said as they ran to my side and Wyatt, Addison and Mal crouched down next to me "n/n can you hear me?!" Addison asked in panic that I could just barely make out. Eventually the images stopped and I let out a large breath trying to calm down

"Y/n you okay?" Mal asked worriedly "Y..yeah I'm okay" I lied but they didn't look convinced as Addison helped me up "no you're not Pup! You've been exhausted most days and now this!" Wyatt said worriedly

"Star, Wyatt's right your lens haven't been picking up your mind scan lately either. what's really going on?" A-spen asked and I sighed "fine, I haven't been completely honest with you guys lately. I have been getting my nightmares again and I've been getting images for the past 2 weeks now" I said not daring to make eye contact with anyone

"What are the images?" Jay asked "it just shows the scepter and how glows green like it normally would when someone uses it but the weird part is it just ends there" I said and the wolves looked at each other

"Why didn't you tell us this sooner?" Willa asked "I didn't want you guys to worry about it besides I found out that the elders knew about it when we last spoke to them" I said "Y/n you can't just keep things to yourself. We just want to try and help you" Zed said and I slightly smiled

"I know but I just didn't want you guys to be concerned" I said and Addison wrapped her arm around me "We do it cause we care about you n/n and we're your family" Addison said "okay but can we just continue walking please" I said and we started walking again as I thought about the images

Willa pov

Everyone started walking again but me, Wyatt and Wynter stayed slightly behind. "Should we tell her?" Wynter asked looking at Y/n in a distance and Wyatt and I shook our head

"Not now, I think we should just keep a closer eye on her" Wyatt said and I put my hand on his shoulder "don't worry brother I'm sure there's nothing to worry about" I said trying to reassure him "I hope you're right" Wyatt said before walking towards the others and Wynter followed but I thought of one thing

'I hope so too'
