Addison pov
~at the forest~

"What are we going to do!" Mal said in panic as she was pacing up and down "Mal you need to calm down" Ben said trying to stop Mal from pacing "how can I calm down Ben! They have Y/n not to mention the ember! That was the only thing we had to stop all of this!" Mal said looking at her fiance

"Actually they don't have the ember" I said softly but everyone must have heard because they all turned to look at me "What do you Addy?" Zed asked and I pulled the ember from my pocket as they look at it in shock "But how?" Willa asked

"N/n gave it just before we got caught in the vines. She wanted to keep it safe so she gave it to me" I said "and by doing that. That meant only risking herself" Wynter said and I nodded

"I was suppose to protect her" Wyatt said and I went to his side, putting my hand on his shoulder "you did what you could Wyatt. Y/n knew the risk and she wanted to protect the people she loves" I said trying to reassure him but he just looked at the ground sadly

"Come on guys try seeing the positive side of all of this. We have the ember. We can still win this thing" Evie said and I smiled slightly at her encouragement but everyone still looked like they had no hope

"Hate to burst your bubble E but without magic we're done for" Mal said and I sighed 'there has to be a way to encourage them' I thought as I looked at Evie who was probably thinking the same thing

Evie: We can't
We can't back down (Evie sang and I knew where she was going with this)

Addison: We can't
We can't back down (I sang while doing movements with my hands)

Both: We can't

Evie: Not right now

Or lose it (Evie sang and Jay and Zed tried to walk away but we stopped them)

Addison: We can't pretend it's not happening

We've been called out (I sang joining Evie while dancing with a bit of my style)

Evie: (We've been called out)

Both: Do you hear your name?

Evie: yeah (Evie sang as we forced the others to join us as they slightly smiled)

Addison: Don't get me wrong
I don't like confrontation
I'd rather we all just get along
Magic should be undivided, united (I sang as everyone danced around me)

The Vks, Ben and Lonnie: We got a situation that we can't ignore
'Cause ignorance is not bliss
We don't have to take this, no (the vks, Ben and Lonnie sang as they started walking around the forest while Jay and Carlos jump off some trees)

The crew: With every big decision
Comes an equally important share of the risk
We gotta take this (the crew and I sang as me and Bree did some flips and walked around the forest)

When we finished singing and dancing Evie and I turned to look at the others and smiled "you see we got this together we can do anything" Evie said "Evie's right we can do this. We just need a plan to get Y/n while still not giving the ember to Veronica" I said and we all tried thinking of some type of plan

"I might have an idea" Carlos said and we turned to look him as he pulled something out of his pocket. The item that Carlos now had in his hand looked like a exact replica of the ember

"I asked Jane to 3D print this for me when we where in Auradon. I thought it might come in handy" Carlos said "Carlos your a genius! We can give the fake ember to Veronica while we look for Y/n" Wyatt said 

"Just one problem. Judging from the past with me and the wand Veronica will eventually find out that the ember is fake" Uma said and Lonnie came up with an idea

"Not if we use these" Lonnie said as she went over to the bag that use hold the swords in and she pulled out balloons from it "are those-" Mal said but Lonnie cut her off "smoke bombs? Yes. Celia and Dizzy really wanted to help and insisted on us taking them. I still don't know why but I'm glad they did" Lonnie said

"This is great. Now we have a diversion and a proper plan to destroy the scepter and save Y/n" Bree said "we better get moving before it gets dark then. The more we move the less ground we have to cover" Willa said and we all nodded as we started walking and I thought of one thing
