"wake up!" shouted Miss Jules and clapped around when bell wasn't enough to wake us up.

"tsk"
She sounded annoying and it was natural for us to get annoyed. It was 6 am and by 7 we were asked to be downstairs for Holy Mass.
19th of April, 2015. Sunday, the Lord's day!

The gathering area was decorated with some flower pots and an alter was made in the center. Chairs were on both the sides. We, girls, took the left side and the boys took the right side. Somehow an hour ended with being absent minded.

"Since it is Sunday. You can go for outing after lunch but be back before 4pm. And those who are planning not to have dinner please write your names here" Brother Ed showed the notebook and kept it on the counter table, everyone had gathered around him and he continued to speak, "Now you can go for breakfast".

"I thought today's breakfast will be different" - complained Elisha.
We nodded in agreement. It was the same thing plain white rice and chick peas.
I was with Elisha and her gangs. It's not like I ditched my previous table mates or vice versa. I just wanted to socialize and be friends with my long lost friend.

It didn't take us long to finish and we were back in the dorm.
I was on the bed changing and heard someone speak.

"Everyone pack your things we will be moving back to 3rd floor" announced Mis Jules. She too had to move so she went in for packing her things. This type of news come and go like it doesn't bother us.

Some started grumbling. It seems the students won't be joining soon and the boys were facing trouble in the new building as they had to sleep on the floor.
What troubled me the most is that they would try to occupy the same old place and I didn't like my previous bed.

"Dawn come here!"- said someone. She was the friend of my long lost cousin. She took my things and kept on the top bed as a sign of taken. My mattress and other things were yet to bring so I went to get. By the time I reached, I saw the old owner of the bed, Pushpa, eyeing it. I was told that she was a disturbance for my long lost cousin and talked a lot at night. Probably doesn't submit the phone. She had helped me on the first day so I felt guilty.
I was not the one who chose this place trust me. I am the victim of peer pressure here. I thought.
I didn't want the top bed but I couldn't say no and I didn't have any choice. I had bed mate this time. She was a senior and name I had to learn.

"chicken?!"- Elisha exclaimed as we're in a cue for lunch.
"Mujhe Sunday acha lagne laga hai!"- said Martha (I've started to like Sunday).
Gracy giggled in response. She doesn't talk much from what I've seen.

Since the table was reserved we were separated. Martha and I landed with Emily Chawria and her two friends, Bethany and Lisa. We were class mates so it wasn't a problem.

We asked each other about our home and some basic questions to silly questions like "boyfriend hai?" (Do you have boyfriend?)
It was Martha who questioned and our answers were simple and straightforward "No".

"mujhe mummy ka hath ka bana khana Yaad Aane laga hai"
(I've started to miss my mom's hand made dishes) - said Bethany as she smashed the potatoes and mixed with the rice.
"haan, wo jo bhi banati hai sab tasty hota hai!" (whatever she made, everything tasted tasty!) - it was Lisa, "per shayad hum log one ne kabhi bataya nhi hoga". (though, may be, we never told her that!).
We became emotional and chewed our food and before silence would consume us Emily broke the silence.
"mujhe darji ke pass jana hai. Koi jana chahega?" (I have to visit the tailor. Anyone interested?).
Her two friends had different plans so she questioned us. Elisha and her gangs were planning to go for shopping so I knew Martha's answer.
