"I do." I smiled. He put his arm down to his side.
"Thanks. That's the sweetest thing anyone's ever said to me."
"I mean it." He looked at me. I turned my head looking at him. It made me blush so I looked away.
"What about you? You been single for a while."
"Yeah, I just haven't found anyone yet but I have my eye on someone." I nodded. My heart ached.
"Oh... My mom won't be able to come to dinner tomorrow night because she has to take Jen to the airport so it would just be me coming to dinner. If that's okay?"
"Yeah, that's fine."
"What time tomorrow?" I asked. He thought for a moment.
"Would five be good?"
"Yeah." We swam around for a little bit then we decided to go in before we turned into prunes. We went inside I went up to the guest room getting dressed then came back down sitting on the couch, checking my phone while I waited for him. He came down a couple minutes later.
"Well it's about time." I said copying him from what he said to me earlier. He just shook his head.
"Well, what do you want to do now?" He asked sitting next to me.
"I don't know." I answered.
"I know what we can do. Come on." He said grabbing his keys.
"Where are we going?"
"You'll see" I got up following him.
"This again, Styles?"
"Oh come on." We got in the car leaving. A couple minutes later we pulled up to a miniature golf course.
"You said it was your game so prove it." He said pulling the key out of the ignition opening his door. I got out walking with him to the door. He opened it for me.
"Thank you." I said walking in with Harry behind me. We paid then got our clubs, golf balls, scorecard, and pencil.
"You're going down, Styles."
"We'll see about that." He replied.
One hour later... we were halfway done. Harry was beating me by one point but that wasn't going to last long. The only reason I was losing was because he kept messing with me.
"Are you going to hit today, Tiger Woods?" I asked as he was taking forever to hit the ball that was about a foot away from the hole.
"I need absolute silence."
"You've been standing there for ten minutes." I said.
"Silence, please." He knocked the ball in in the hole.
"Congratulations. I'm one hundred and four now." He stuck his tongue out at me.
"Alright, Miley Cyrus. My turn." I hit the ball and it went right in.
"You should take notes, Styles. You could use some help with your putting game." His mouth went wide as did his eyes.
"That's it. No more, Mr. Nice Guy. It's on."
About another hour later...we turned in our stuff leaving but we stopped at a picnic table so I could calculate the total scores. I did the math... It was a tie.
"A tie?" He asked looking away from his phone looking at the scorecard.
"Uh huh." I answered.
"No freaking way we tied. I was sure I won." He stated.
"No, I was sure that I kicked your butt." I said looking at him.
"No need to be violent." He said making me laugh.
"Well then we'll have to settle this some other time."
"Yeah." I agreed.
"Want to get Chinese for dinner?" He asked.
"Sure. That sounds good." We went to Chinatown it was really cool looking at night. We parked getting out walking down the street to a restaurant. We went in getting seated immediately. We looked through the menu then ordered our food when the waiter came.
"What do you think of LA?" He asked.
"I love it here. There's so much to see."
"I know."
"It's way different from back home that's for sure. But it's a good different."
"I know what you mean. You have a whole world to see, Sam. All the different states and countries."
"What are you advertising for a traveling agency?" He chuckled.
"No. But, you do. You would love it."
"I know. I'd love to travel the world one day to see all the different places."
"One day you will."
Once our food came, Harry tried to show me how to use chopsticks. He wrapped his hand around mine showing me how to use them. Then he let go. After we finished eating we walked around Chinatown. I been here with Mom before but it was really cool looking at night with everything lit up. After we saw everything we left. It was almost 10 o'clock. He pulled into the hotel parking lot. He wanted to walk me up to the room.
"Harry, you really don't have to."
"But, I want to."
"Thanks again for golfing and dinner. But, it's not fair-"
"It's fine. Just drop it alright." He said as we walked into the elevator pressing the floor number. Before I knew it the elevator doors opened. The room wasn't far from the elevator so it was a short walk.
"Thank you, Styles but you really didn't have to walk me up."
"I wanted to make sure you got in okay." I smiled.
"May I ask where were going to dinner tomorrow?"
"Craig's. But, can I see you before then?"
"Yeah, just text me." I said pulling my key card out of my bag.
"Well, I better get in before my mom calls every cop in LA." He smirked.
"Alright. Good night." He said hugging me. I hugged back.
"Good night" He said heading back to the elevator.
"Hey Harry!" I said in a loud whisper. He turned looking at me.
"Thanks for everything. This week's been one of the best weeks of my life." He smiled.
"I'm glad you tackled me because this weeks been the most fun I've had outside of work." I smiled.
"I'll see you tomorrow"
