"What was that?" My dad asked.
"Uh...something outside. How was work?" I asked changing the subject.
"Not bad just busy." He proceeded to tell me about his day.
"Well, that's good."
"Yeah, how's it there?"
"It's amazing. I'm not gonna leave."
"You say that now but when an earthquake comes you'll be flying out of there"
"I could handle it."
"You're scared of your own shadow." He replied.
"Are not." Then he was telling me how everything was. I was glad to hear everyone and everything was fine.
"Good."
"Well, I'll call you and mom tonight."
"Okay, Love you."
"Love you too"
"Bye" He hanged up. I ran my hand through my hair. Sam, what did you get yourself into? I'm not sorry about sneaking out because I wouldn't have met Harry but I just feel bad sneaking out and lying to my parents. I went back in.
"Sorry, about that."
"No problem. Everything okay?"
"Yeah, everything's fine just my dad checking up on me."
"He didn't come?"
"No, he had to work plus he's not a big fan of flying." He nodded.
"I cannot believe I never asked you what your favorite song of ours was?"
"From the new album or out of all?" I asked.
"From the new album"
"Uh...Act My Age has to be one of my favorites. I love the melody."
"It's a different sound."
"Yeah, definitely. But the whole album is amazing."
"I'm glad you like it."
"So, what does your mum do?"
"She's a manager for a shipping company."
"Does she travel a lot?"
"Time to time."
"You been almost everywhere around the world. What's been your favorite place to go?" I asked.
"Probably Australia. How about you, favorite place you been to?"
"Uh...well the only other country I been to was Canada but that was like ten years ago. But, my favorite place I've been to has to be here."
"Where would you want to go? Any place in the whole world."
"Europe but one place particularly Italy"
"Why?"
"I always wanted to go...especially to Venice. Plus I can speak Italian, I love Italian food and futbol or calcio which is another way to say soccer in italian."
"You can speak Italian?"
"Si"
"Say something"

"Those are some reasons why I want to go to Italy"
