Stepping down from the grand carriage are two exquisite ladies. The bright light from the sun shone like a halo of an angel to the two ravishing women.
One has onyx eyes as dark as an abyss, and the other has scorching ruby eyes. Both are equally magnificent in their own rights. However, the contrast of their upbringing is clearly visible in their temperaments.
The lady on the left appeared beguiling, pleasant, and grounded. Every time her onyx eyes would make eye contact with someone; the relaxed smile on her face would bloom even more to a bouquet of flowers; inspiring admiration from the onlookers. Every move she makes captures the attention of everyone. She moves slow but steady and sure. One glance, and one could easily tell that she is not even a single bit bothered to everyone's eyes; nor did she display lack of confidence as she moved; that in itself is what makes her more appealing.
On the other hand, the high-class woman on the left seemed like a queen that went out of her castle for a leisure walk; her disposition is neither overbearing or amiable. Despite having a cold face, she still endeared the hearts of many. They were allured by her powerful natural charm. She doesn't even need to make an effort; she was already stunning by just standing.
As the two descended down from the grand carriage, the lady with onyx eyes leaned down her head, whispering something to the woman next to her. The woman squinted her eyes, spreading her lips open, uttering something back to the lady.
The two look like celebrities to the bystanders. Their hearts all held curiosities wishing they could listen in to the conversation of the two. After all, in their eyes, the duo seemed to have an intimate and lovely relationship.
Little did the passersby know that the two both held spite to each other. One enjoyed provoking and messing around like a monkey, and the other had patience as thin as a toothpick like a bull.
"My love, look at what a flock of birds we have here today, they seem bewitch for some reason, hmmm, it must be because of your glamorous appea—"
"Nisha." Ruhee resisted the urge to growl and snarl as she called out warningly, giving a side squinted glance at the woman beside her. "Don't. Even. Start."
Instead of cowering in fear, Nisha raised the edge of her lips innocently. "Ah, must you be so cold, my love?" She said, evoking pity in her tone. "Is that how you would treat your lover?"
Ruhee clenched her jaw, taking a deep breath and a silent sigh to control herself from erupting. After doing so, she then turned to the stinky rascal with a warm smile that made Nisha daze for a moment.
"My love," Ruhee called, beaming in radiant energy.
Nisha stared wide eyed at the woman, her heart brimming with shock. Seeing this reaction, Ruhee deepened her smile, liking Nisha's funny face. She looked up, gazing at those abyss eyes with a cheerful face.
"My love?" Ruhee started, tilting her head adorably to the side. "We shouldn't make a scene, yes?"
The tone was so pleasant that it almost destroyed Nisha's eardrums. The cute gesture almost made people faint from the sudden attack.
Nisha blinked her eyes, gaping in awe and disbelief as she stared at Ruhee like a fine specimen. "How fascinating," she murmured absentmindedly. "So even you could make such an adorable face."
Despite the tone being whispered in an inaudible voice, Ruhee still heard it with her ears loud and clear. For some reason, that comment made her feel a little embarrassed. She averted her gaze, staring around and anything aside from Nisha.
The wind blew, swaying the hairs of the two in the air. Nisha tilted her head, staring at Ruhee's pinkish ears in wonder. [Does she have a cold? Is that why she's being weird and extra snarky?] She thought in her mind. [If that's the case, then I should probably lessen teasing her.]
