I did go back to chapter 8 and changed the bounty. Now it's what I meant in the first place. I wrote 150,000, but have changed it to a 150,000,000 bounty. It might seem kinda high, but it should hopefully become more understandable as the story goes on.

Vienna wakes up the next morning to a commotion down on deck. It seems Ace is causing a raucous. She almost goes to fall back asleep when she hears him shout,

"Deuce! Where's Ve! I can't find her anywhere!" Oh, it seems Ace didn't know she had slept in the crows nest. Vienna peaks over the edge with a small smile on her lips. She sees Deuce point up toward her,

"Captain, she's up in the crows nest. Has been since last night." Ace whips his head up and Ve gives him a small wave. He lets out a sigh mumbling something to himself about too much alcohol before returning to his captain duties.

Vienna stretches her arms and wings before taking off to do a few laps around the ship. By the time she lands, she notices that she has an audience. Majority of the crew that had been on deck had stopped to watch her fly. Ve smiles sheepishly before tugging her cloak back on. She approaches her brother on the upper deck,

"Is there anything I can do?"

"Ah, maybe you can check supplies below deck. We kind of left the last island in a hurry." He decides. Ve nods, moving to complete her task. The remainder of the day was spent helping the crew with odd jobs around the ship. Ace really did put together a strong crew that all respect and look up to him. At first, some seemed weary of Ve, but eventually started treating her as one of their own.

After dinner, well the rest of the crew drinks, Vienna asked Deuce to do some training with her. Ace has always been more of a fists person, especially since gaining his devil fruit, so Deuce was better with a blade and a better teacher. Watching from the sidelines Ace was pleasantly surprised with his sister's abilities. It was obvious those bounty hunters had gotten lucky and caught her off guard. Her observation haki was incredible, she was predicting Deuce's moves two or three steps ahead. Since gaining his devil fruit Ace didn't really feel the need to use his haki as it was almost impossible to even touch him. But maybe it wouldn't hurt to strengthen his haki before his crew enters the New World.

Ace really decided to work on his haki when he learned how easily Ve could sneak up and surprise him, but he could never catch her off guard. Any pranks he tried to pull usually ended up backfiring because she could see them coming. Deuce and the rest of the crew got a kick out of this but Ace didn't think a bucket of dirty dishwater over the head was very fun.

Vienna on the other hand got Ace several times, whether it was just hiding around a corner and jumping out or mixing up the ingredients in his food. Ace wasn't a fan of the sugar salt switch and eventually just outright banned Vienna from the kitchen.

It was two weeks before the ship docked at the next island. Vienna didn't think Ace could get more annoying, but he managed. Ace always had a hand on her; her cloak, her arm, or on her head. She kept trying to bat him off, but he persisted.

The island had a cooler climate so for once Vienna wasn't dying underneath her cloak. And she would never admit it, it was nice having Ace so close because he gave off so much extra heat, like a walking campfire.
