A.N: I'm going through my 2010 phase and I can't stop smiling. But there are some mentions of suicide, but its brief and this songfic is going to be bittersweet. Please enjoy.

The recording device was old and weathered, the only clue that was left in the soulless room of the 1st son of the Count.

The old device took so long to be fixed, that the Henituse feared that Cale was not just missing but also dead.

Cale Henituse the trash that disappeared without a trace.

"Why are they here?" The growl caught the count off guard.

Basen Henituse had gotten quite violent after the disappearance of his sibling, angered by the constant blurbs of 'Good Riddance' that the territory whispered when they officially announced Cale's missing status.

Most citizens had enough guts to make bets in whether he ran away in shame or if he'd finally been killed off by a mercenary.

Some even betted he committed suicide in shame.

But here they were watching to see which bet was correct.

Basen gritted his teeth, any of these bastards deserved to have their tongues ripped off.

"They might know off whatever shows up in the video... if this case have taught us anything is that none of us know anything of Cale..."

Basen flinched remembering the questioning from detectives when his brother first disappeared.

'Please give the papers-'

The count passed all the information on Cale from health records, to baby pictures, adult portraits, personal letters, you name it.

Anything to find Cale.

"So the victim disappeared during his birthday?"

That got the attention of the entire family.

But sure enough yesterday was Cale's birthday... and none of them remembered it.

"... is there any places Cale frequented before his disappearance?"

"... The Local Bars and Pubs."

The detective gave a look of confusion.

"There's a lot of bars and pubs around sir, any specifics?"

"... No, we don't know any."

"Anything in his room? Such as letter, suicide note, run away letter, or any missing items?"

"No, the only odd thing we found was this."

The Count gave the detective an outdated recording device that looked to be suffering of water damage... or more accurately wine damage.

The detective looked torn.

"We'll... see what we can do."

Basen blinked back tears.

"Fine but one wrong sentence and they'll gain a glass bottle to the face... and unlike Hyung I won't miss."

Detective Huntress Starbright turned on the device.

(;))

On the device giant holographic image a fifteen year old Cale hid behind a tall dark-haired man.

Despite it being a rather old device it seemed to record really well.

Cale took a bottle of wine and began to take a sip, only for the black-haired man to yank it away.
