Everything happens a first time -elmax-

First opening

Max didn't go to school until next monday. It was her first time seeing the party again after what happend. She didn't hear anything off Hunter, she didn't know if he comes back or where he is. She took her stuff and left home. As she was walking some older people were giving her weird glances, she just ignores them. She was late as always, no one was in the hall. She first walks to the bathroom before going to class. But when she walked in and looked in the mirror she almost fainted. 'What the actual fuck!' she said. She checked if someone was in the bathroom but no one was there. She looked at herself in pure shock.

While stressing, El walked into the bathroom. 'WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO!' 'FOR GOD SAKES? SHUT THE FUCK UP EL!' El was kinda scared of Max at this point. 'I thought you were differe-' ' I am El, I fucking am. I don't know what happend I woke up and just took my stuff and left. That's why those older people gave me weird glances' Max said panicking. 'Okay first clean it, then we'll talk, oh Max what did you do' El said as she whispered that last part.

E: So you didn't do anything you can remember?

M: No El I don't fucking know. I just woke up, changed into my clothes, ate, packed my bag, took my shoes and left home.

E: You didn't brush your teeth.

M: No..my teeth are always white...vampire stuff.

E: So you don't brush your teeth anymore?

M: I do

E: Then why didn't you do it this morning.

M: Omg El can we go back to the other fact.

E: Yea right sorry.. but what if you did something but you can't remember it?

M: I don't know El, I'm.. I'm getting scared off myself...

E: Oh Max..

El walked up to Max to hug her when she noticed all the blood on her shirt. It wasn't there before. What the actual fuck' she thought to herself. 'Why is your shirt suddenly covered in blood?' 'What are you talk- omg, why is MY SHIRT COVERED IN BLOOD' 'Whoa Max calm down, we can't stay here it's too risky. C'mon we'll look for an empty classroom.' Max nodded and they walked into an empty classroom, locking the door and covering the windows.

'Okay take off your shirt.' El ordered. Max nodded and took off her shirt revealing her black bra. 'Why is there a zipper on your bra?' 'It's a sports bra, but that doesn't matter right now' El gave it a quick look and focused again. 'I don't get it' 'On all my sports bra there are zippers on it, never saw it?' 'No, I mean yes I do, I see you wearing them in the locker room when we're changing, but I was talking about the fact there isn't any wound on your upper body' 'Oh you were talki- wait.. you watch me while I'm changing' El didn't answered and looked at the shirt.

'I'm taking it home with me, I'll do some tests to see what blood type it is. If it matches yours then I'll take some blood of you, if it doesn't match your blood type.. we'll need to go to the hospital and look for people with that blood type.' 'Wait, we?' 'Yes you're going with me, c'mon we need to go to class' El was about to walk out. 'Wait! What about my shirt' 'Don't tell me you're gonna cry about your shirt' El mocked. 'No but, I can't go like this' Max said as she pouted at her upper body. 'Oh shit, you're right, you can't. Well I guess you'll need to stay here, bummer. Don't worry though, there aren't any classes in this room today. You're lucky.' El smiled. She winked at Max and walked out. 'Fuck, where's my fake boyfriend when I need him' Max talked to herself.

El's second class was done and she went back to Max. But Max already walked out with.. Hunter. El sighed and rolled her eyes annoyed.

M: Thank god I got my phone on me.

H: It was indeed smart to give me a phone.

Hunter and Max were walking hand in hand in the school hall. Max noticed how jealous some girls were, she was happy to see it. She felt happy, Hunter wasn't ashamed for her. She layed her head on his arm smiling. Hunter looked down at Max and layed his head on hers.

El was glaring at them. She walke up to them and took Max' arm and walked into the bathroom. 'hey what are you doing' max asked. 'Sorry I ruined your quality time with your stupid boyfriend' el said mad. 'why are so m-' max tried. 'c'mon we're leaving right now, Hop isn't home and he won't be for a long time so.' and with that Max and El sneaked out the bathroom window.

M: There is definitely something wrong with you

E: Says the person who probably killed someone

Max looked down sadly. El looked at Max and noticed.

E: hey I didn't me-

M: No. You're right.

E: No we're not sure if you killed someone, it could be someone else's blood.

M: I'm not talking about the blood on the shirt.

E: Well I am so- wait

El stopped walking and looked terrified at Max. Max looked confused at El.

M: Yea El, ofc I killed someone. I couldn't survive otherwise.

Before El could answer Max walked away. El eventually catched up.

E: Hey, don't worry. We said we would forget about all what happend before.

M: Yes, I know.

- hour later -

M: Any results yet?

E: Nope, nothing.

El sighed and layed down into her bed. Max was sitting on a chair but soon joined El. Both girls were staring at the ceiling in silence.

'Isn't in awful' El sighed. 'What' Max said calmly. 'Being a vampire, you were human and suddenly.. you're not' Max moved and faced El. 'maybe...' she answered. El layed on her side and faced Max. 'wdym.. maybe?' el said calmly. She was laying next to a vampire and she was still having such a calm and comforting conversation. 'I don't know.. sometimes it feels good to know you're stronger than a human..but sometimes you just wanna jump off a bridge.'

Both the girl were just looking eachother in the eyes. 'do you feel sometimes because you're a vampire, there are things you can't have because of it.' Max suddenly snapped by these words. She looked around avoiding eye contact. After 2 minutes she spoke. 'yes.. but I don't think it's only because I'm not human.' El looked confused. 'I am not what most girls are. Most girl can just pick what they want without anybody caring about it.. but me. I can't do that' El was confused but she wasn't dumb. El know Max wasn't talking about object's. '..what do you want?' El asked. Max sighed and gave a quick look at El's lips, she met her eyes again and quickly looked away. 'i don't know' Max sighed. 'Do you think you found what you want but.. you just.. can't have it?' Max looked backed into El's eyes, like El knew what she was talking about. Max just nodded. 'how can you be so sure about it?' Max closed her eyes.

El looked at Max and leaned over to her. Max opened back her eyes and noticed how close El already was. Both girls closed their eyes, they could feel eachother's breath. But the moment their lips were gonna touch the door swing open. 'GUESS WHO FOUND 20 BUCK'S ON THE GROUND' hopper shouted. Max and El sat up straight really quick. Hopper didn't saw what was happening just a few seconds ago. 'Wow.. that's so cool Hop.' 'Oh Max hey, you're staying for dinner?' 'No, actually I.. I gotta go' Max said nervous and left the house. 'Everything okay with her?' Hop asked worried. El just nodded.
