First change

- Max pov' -

I woke up around 3 a.m. I looked around and saw everyone was asleep. I stood up and walked into his garden, to my surprise El was there too.

'You also woke up?' I asked her. She turned around and nodded.

'May I ask you something' she asked.

'Anytime'

'Do you love her?' she asked. I was surprised by this question and didn't know how to react.

'uhh yea, I do' I smiled but she didn't look at me. After a minute she turned to me and looked really serious at me.

'What were we?'

'What do you mean?' I asked nervous.

'You got to be kidding me. What do I mean!? You know wtf i mean' she said getting mad. Of course i know what she meant, we almost fucked.

'We were friends, that's what we were.' as I said that I saw tears forming in her eyes. I was about to say something but she went inside, ofc i followed her.

'If somebody asked, you DON'T know why i left. You don't know anything' she said. El grabbed her stuff and left.

Ever since that day, it wasn't the same anymore between me and El.
