Now,
you're like a ghost that haunts me down.
Everywhere I go,
I see you.
I hear your voice.
I remember you once more.
This is what's terrifying.
I tried forgetting about you,
even to the point of thinking that you were nonexistent.
But as much as I tried,
I couldn't forget.
You're this ghost,
now I hope you're enjoying life wherever you are.
Someday,
I won't think of you.
Someday,
you'll just be a ghost
in my heart
that once
was special.
