"Fiirrreee." The flames of the stage shot upward to the night sky. If I got any closer to the edge of the stage I'd melt.
I ran from corner to corner, around the guys, and kneel to then whip put some killer dance moves in time and on tempo. Screams filled the atmosphere after I lifted my shirt the slightest bit to reveal my abdomen. My shirt is already ripped so it shows off skin. Jimin came over with his verse right next to me and we gave each other that glare.
That glare that says we're thinking the same thing.
He's my ride or die on stage.
As soon as he finished, more flames went up in beat. We followed choreography before be both lifted our shirts just as the camera pans in front of us. The place roared. Ok I didn't think it would cause this much hysteria.
A bit of sweat got in my eye and it stung like hell. We all left the stage in order, skipping some stairs. I smothered my sweaty face with a cloth then was handed a water bottle. "Who do you think BTS are, magic mike?" One of our staff chuckled as they helped take off our monitors. Jimin punched my shoulder before wrapping his whole arm around me.
"We saw our shot."
"You two are the most flirtatious here."
"Clearly Kookie is," I shove Jimin off me for throwing me under the bus like that. We joke constantly about flirting but the jokes that break my soul but also make me laugh the hardest is sexual protection. The other day Eunha's diaper had to be changed but I was busy helping Hobi with his solo. So I asked Tae to change her and he said that it wasn't his pull out game that failed.
That one still stings.
I love our humor.
Tomorrow starts our trip to Northern Europe. I can't wait to get out of here and take a break just before chaos hits us later.
The concert is basically over, yet the crowd is still going strong out there. I hate not being able to do encores this time. I like em. But since the place is packing, we have to stay longer so the fans can leave calmly. I took that time freshen up, change my outfit, fluff my hair a bit. I decided to do a live because why not. I'm gonna be waiting for a while.
A lot of people that joined say they are still leaving the stadium.
"Sorry, I couldn't wait to talk to all of you."
They sent a lot of fire and drooling emojis. I chuckled innocently, "I am not teasing, my shirt was broken. Not like it's a problem anyway." I wiggled my eyebrow once but start laughing and cover my face. I ended the live after a bit when the rest of the guys were ready to head out. I followed behind them not paying attention. I face planted with Yoongi after he stopped abruptly.
"Aren't you forgetting somebody?"
"Wh—ohh I didn't forget." I U-turn back to the rooms where the staff where cleaning. "Is Jiwon still here?" I asked. I finally remembered her name, it only took a few hair pulls while she styled it. "Next door, Eunha was a bit upset." Our stage coordinator told me.
I hurried next door, stopping dead in my tracks. Jiwon sits on a couch with Eunha on her lap making her laugh. Like full on laugh. She is pretending to eat Eunha's fingers which making her yank her small hand back and giggle hard. It warmed my heart.
Her face suddenly drops to a sad pout that almost made me go in. But I wait. Jiwon lifts her up and holds her like if she's standing. "You miss appa, Eunha?"
The pout grows. "He's coming any minute don't be sad. Show me that cheeky smile he gave you." My jaw tightened at the gentleness of Jiwon's voice. Is she a mother? She looks fairly young. Maybe a little older than me, not by much. Since Eunha showed up at the dorm, Jiwon always stepped in to help me. She knew how to do everything and is so understanding. I wonder if Eunha sees her as a mother figure.
"There it is. Good job."
Eunha is smiling again, but this time toward me. So I smile and wave at her. Her arms stretched out for me so Jiwon looked back and jumped in fear. "Jeez Jungkook, you gave me a fright. We were discussing about you weren't we maknae?" She bounces Eunha.
"I hate to intrude."
"Feel free to intrude, this is your daughter."
"Hii cutie," I scoop Eunha in my arms immediately planting pecks all over her giggling face. "I hope she wasn't too much trouble, Jiwon."
Her shoulders shrug, hand waved dismissively, "never. She fusses cause she misses. It'll be a little overwhelming tomorrow when you leave." She says, watching Eunha rest her head on my neck. Subconsciously my lips touch her soft light brown hair. God her baby scent never fails to make my heart flutter.
"My mother will handle her for the time being. You can catch a break from babysitting, I can't thank you enough."
"Please, I'll do it anytime. She's going to be great girl, she has a great father."
"You have children of your own?" I asked softly. Jiwon swallowed hard then brushed that auburn hair behind her ear. "Not anymore," she whispered. I pressed my lips together mouthing 'Im sorry'. She only threw me a saddened smile but it gave me strength. Jiwon passed me Eunha's bag that I slipped on one shoulder, then I placed a hat on her head while slept on nestled in my neck.
"We have to scoot. Thank you again for everything."
I awkwardly smiled, turning my heel. I made her uncomfortable with my question. I'm so stupid bro. "Jungkook?"
"Yeah, Jiwon?"
She rubbed her arm nervously, "would it bother if I visited Eunha? Just one time." My lips shook while I tried my hardest to not blush in front of my stylist. She really cares that much about my baby? "Not at all. Go right ahead as many times as you want." I end up saying, not being able to resist blushing and being so awkward.
"Thank you."
I nodded, avoiding eye contact, "have a good night, Jiwon."
Outside my parents house I was honked at for the third time. "I'm coming!" I yelled.
I handed my father the baby bag filled to the point of blowing up. "Damn are you moving away?" My father laughed, "this Kookie is demanding. You know her routine, tummy time, etc..?"
"Yeah yeah we got it, get out of here they are waiting." My mother ushered me to the front door. But I hold on from the door frame, "wait a second, I meant to tell you that a member of the crew will stop by to see Eunha. Is that okay?"
My mother knit her brows, "is it the gal that dresses you?" My face heats up at the way she said it. "Yes, Jiwon." I answered as neutral as possible. Both parents smirked so hard at one another it made my face heat up more. "Pretty is she?"
"Gah! I'm out. Bye." I hug them at the same time then look at Eunha. Blank expression just like Taehyung, I see he's rubbing off nicely. "Be a good girl, my sweetest. I...I adore you." I kiss her head right after lifting her hat. I couldn't say those three words. They were stuck in my throat like it's blocked. "Okay," I rushed to the car where the members waited.
"Its only 10 days." An arm wrapped around me. I continue to watch my parents house disappear as we drove off. Was that rude of me go not say those three little words? I don't ever say it unless it's to my parents.
It's not in my nature to tell someone else.
