Everything is so busy!
I'm going crazy with the schedule. Our upcoming album is in the works and just about finished. Though, Wings album released last year successfully topped Billboard 100. Which also means we are kicking off our first ever North American tour. We literally stayed up all night celebrating these news.
On the not so great news, hundreds of thousands of women are claiming to be Baek Eunha's mother. BigHit had a huge laugh, of course I did too. A war between those that have common sense and the unfortunate that believe they can get what they want. I remember exactly who her mother looked like. That evening will forever stay embedded in my soul. I inhale deeply shoving the memory the back of my head.
We're doing a live for the announcement of the album's success on our channel. I had another woman doing my makeup today instead of Jiwon. I asked the others about her and they said she was forced to take a few says off because she looked exhausted. I feel terrible because she works a hella lot than asked. She is my main wardrobe stylist so she's with the staff all the time.
Imagine doing her job and also taking care of Eunha in between touch ups. Not that any other member of the staff aren't allowed to watch her but she's calmer with Jiwon. Which lessens the chance of me getting interrupted doing whatever just to soothe Eunha. This is the truly hard part now that she's bigger and sort of starting to run.
"Can I have Jiwon's cellphone number?" I asked our video editor right after our live concluded. He pressed his lips together to a hard line and nodded. Audibly giving me the number as I type it. "Thanks," I bow. I give him a hard time when I ignore the staff's rules. I'm trying to stop that.
I'm not a huge texter so I hit dial. It rang and felt like forever—
"Hello?" Her soft voice answers, though I hear caution. I suddenly don't know how to speak, my throat itches.
She'll hang up if you don't talk, numnuts.
"Jiwon, hi, this is Jeon Jungkook."
She chuckled, "hi Kookie. What can I help you with?" God the professional this woman obtains shocks me. "Um, actually I wanted to...to ask if you're doing anything later today." There's a slight pause. I can hear my heartbeat pounding in my ears. "There's nothing in my schedule today. Is there something happening?"
"I wanted to tell you I appreciate all you've done for Eunha and myself..."
I'm finding sentences so hard to form right now I'm embarrassed. "Would you like to go out later, as a thank you?" I gripped my hair not knowing what else to do with my free hand. "Really, are you sure? What would we do? You really can't just go out."
I pause myself. I really can't go out without bringing security and that just attracts more attention. Sucks being an Idol sometimes. Think man think. "Oh I have an idea." Jiwon starts. "Do you mind being in my home?"
There wasn't a blood vessel that didn't explode in my face. No, Jiwon wouldn't think like that. "I vlog my daily activities from time to time. Let's do a Spicy Noodle Challenge."
"Okay sure, that sounds fun."
"I can pick you up if you'd like."
"I'm at BigHit."
She gave me an estimated time she'd show up then ended the call. I want to scream like ARMY at a concert. I slip on a hoodie over my head then brush my hair using my fingers. RM laid against the wall folding his arms eyeing me suspiciously. "Where are you going?"
