Her Drunken Confession

Ring went the sound of Loki's phone. At the time he had been sitting in his chambers with a book in hand. The moment Loki heard his phone ring he let out an eye roll thinking it was Thor drunk texting him how much he loved him. Now while it could be said that Loki loved the oaf he still didn't like the sounds of the phone ringing off the hook with drunken texts. But it was to be expected after all aside from a few members of the team including Loki, Peter, and Vision the remainder of the team had gone out for drinks earlier that evening. Loki and Vision remained as Vision was unable to part take in drinking while Loki didn't particularly like drinking plus the team thought it would be a good idea for at least one member to remain in case anything happened. Peter, still had school the next day meaning he couldn't attend. This is the reason that Loki's phone continued to ring until finally after being unable to get past the page he was currently on Loki opened his phone and was about to text something to Thor when he saw it wasn't just Thor texting him it was Anya as well. The moment Loki saw Anya's name pop up in his messages his face broke into a slow grin. Thoughts of her started to fill his mind as he could already see her auburn hair and brown eyes. He could nearly smell the scent of her shampoo and the faint smell of her perfume. Something that Loki for some reason always could smell. Loki then looked to his texts to see all of what Anya had messaged him under her contact of My Dearest Heart.

As Loki read through each message the rate of his heartbeat started to increase more and more. Especially when he got to the last one. The thumping that Loki heard kept getting faster and faster t. As he tried to calm himself down as he remained himself not to get hopeful after all she was surely drunk that's all. To get his heart rate back to normal he opened up about what Thor had texted him.
