Beef Stew

2 lb. Beef brisket
1.8 lb. White radish
6 piece Ginger slices, to taste
0.33 cup Garlic cloves
3 stalk Green onion, diced
0.25 cup Red chili
3 piece Star anise
2 piece Cinnamon stick
1 tbsp. Rock sugar
0.25 cup Soy sauce
1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
0.25 cup White wine
3 cup Water
0.25 tsp. Salt
0.5 tsp. Five-spice powder

Cut beef brisket into large chunky pieces, and place in a bowl for later.

In a cooking pot over high heat, boil enough water, place chunky beef pieces in the boiling water, bring to a boil, remove floating forms until clear. Remove beef from boiling water, place them in a bowl of iced water at once to wash off remaining blood forms.

Cut white radish into large chunks. Place them in bowls for later.

Place all ingredients and seasonings in the electric pressure cooker in the following order: beef brisket, white radish, ginger, garlic, green onion, red chili, star anise, cinnamon stick, rock sugar, salt, five-spice powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white wine, and water. Cover and cook for 1 hour
