Shrimp Fried Rice

1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/3 cup Corn kernel
1/3 cup Onion, diced
1/3 cup Carrots, diced
2 tbsp. Cooking oil
3 Egg
2 cup Rice, cooked
1/3 cup Green peas
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tsp. Black pepper

1/4 cup Green onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Oyster sauce

1/2 Lemon, juiced



Remove corn kernels from the cob.
2Dice onion and carrot.
3In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, rapidly swirl in small circles around the pan, and pour in egg mixture to make scrambled eggs.
4In the same pan with scrambled eggs, add the following ingredients: diced onions, diced carrots, shrimp, cooked rice, corn kernels, peas, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a pinch of black pepper, a little lemon juice, and chopped green onion. Stir-fry until completely mixed.
