Calm, shy, timid but hardworking housewife Anika was leading the perfect life till he enters. His entry paved a new journey for her- a road of excitement which she had left long ago. Little did she know of the mess, she is stepping into.

"Hello my friend", Anika came in as usual. It was still a mystery to her whether his door was always open or did he keep it open for her?
Shivaay was not in the drawing room or the kitchen. She heard his voice- "I am here" and went to the bedroom and was shocked to see the decorations. The curtains were closed, the mattress was properly covered with a larger bed sheet, fluffy pillows lying, pink and blue fairy lights on the walls, the air condition was on, two quilts folded and chips, cakes and cold drinks in a basket. Shivaay was setting something on tv.
Seeing her, he smiled and said, "Its movie time."
"For me?" she asked, amused.
"I can't see anyone else here."
She quickly sat on the mattress, leaned on the wall, cuddled with a pillow and then covered her legs with the quilt.
"Which movie are we gonna see?" Anika asked, excitement clearly visible in her eyes and voice.
"Wednesday Adams" Shivaay said after setting it up and made himself comfortable on the mattress.
"Isn't it a web series?"
"Yes. See, it has started."
"How will I complete it before mom returns back?"
"Tomorrow we shall continue with the rest", he said, his eyes fixed on the screen.
Hearing his answer, Anika was assured and set her eyes on the screen and hands on the snacks.
More than a thousand times in the middle of the show, even in the most serious situation, Anika would comment something funny or say something unbelievable, thereby unintentionally making Shivaay laugh. The suspense thriller show had been changed into a comedy for the duo.

"Hey its your time to go" Shivaay reminded seeing the watch.
"Just one more episode", she requested like a kid.
"You shall be getting a nice scolding if aunty realises that you are not there at home. I still don't understand how you complete the work after wasting so much time here" he reminded.
"When a person is happy, his or efficiency increases. Before I was sad and bored, so it took more time. You see" she explained, like a professor teaching the students.
"So you are happy with me?"
"Yes, you are my only friend here."
Shivaay felt happy to know that she was happy with him but at the same time felt bad, for being just her friend with whom she would meet only 40 minutes a day. He wanted to have fun with her the whole day but he knew it was an unreasonable dream.
They wrapped up the show and went back to their worlds once again.
