July 13, 8 AM

***Carl's POV***
I was up before Amie again. She was so beautiful when she slept. She was so beautiful when she was awake, too, but most people aren't that attractive when they sleep. Her hair was covering her eyes a little bit, and her perfectly pink lips were parted the tiniest bit. She rolled over and snored, and I started giggling. That woke her up.
"What are you laughing at?" She asked, her voice and thoughts groggy.
"You. You were snoring."
"It's not nice to laugh," she said jokingly.
"I know." She rolled over and went back to sleep. No one else was up anyway.
***Amie's POV***
When I woke up the second time, Carl was getting another shirt on.
"You know, for a 19 year old, you're pretty muscular." I made him jump in surprise, and then blush.
"Yeah. I'm stronger than I look." He came over and picked me up bridal style. I giggled and he set me on my feet. I pulled on a pair of jeans and we walked out, looking at each other longingly. I knew what he wanted; he wanted to hold hands. I did too, but we both knew we couldn't rouse any suspicion. We walked over and got some breakfast; eggs, sausage, and pancakes. We ate in silence. Carl grabbed orange juice and I got coffee, and we walked away, towards the tent, where we finished our drinks and let our food settle.
"They're getting suspicious. I can tell. I can see it in the way they look at us. We're going to have to tell them soon. We just need to figure out how."
"I'll talk to my mom. I already asked my dad, but you heard that conversation. She's really the only person we really need to run it by. No one else really has any say in it. I'll talk to her later. Have you told anyone?"
I hesitated. "Yeah. I told Beth, but I swore he to secrecy. She wouldn't tell anyone." I heard someone calling our names. "That sounds like your mother. We better go find her. Come on." We got up and walked over to the washtub where Lori and Carol were sitting.
"Can you kids take care of the dishes? We need to be more on top of things. Then can you help Hershel and the girls cook lunch? After that you can do whatever you want." We nodded and walked away. "You collect dishes. I'll get the water from the hydrant. Meet me under the canopy on the RV." I left him to get the water while I got dishes from the RV and the house. We worked on this, then went inside to help Maggie and Beth with lunch.
"Can you go call everyone in please, Carl? Me and Amie will set everything out. Can you put plates out, Maggie?" Maggie and Carl went out and Beth pulled me into the bathroom.
"Beth! What the hell is wring with you?"
"Have you told anyone?"
"Beth I don't-"
"Have you told anyone?"
"No! We were thinking about it though. Why?"
"Lori's pregnant."
***A/N***
Cliffhanger! I'm so mean! I'll update again later. I should be working on homework, but I honestly don't give a shit. I'm gonna go for updating daily instead of weekly. I need characters here in the next couple of chapters. I will try to include everyone, but I may not be able to, so if I don't, I'm sorry. But I can't do that if I don't get comments!
