Kasua was playing in the sand with her newfound friends. Building forts and castles, it was the perfect evening. It was moments like this that helped her forget about loneliness. Soon the sunset came and the parents of the children backed all of their things and left. Kasua made her way to the lighthouse and prepared herself dinner. It had been days since she had last seen her father. He took a shipment overseas and has returned in weeks. As a 12-year-old, Kasua did not want to believe that her father was taken by the sea but instead was delivering the shipment very far. The next day more kids came to play at the beach with her. And just like the day before they would leave around sunset. This was Kasua's life for now. That was until the last day of summer came and no one came to the beach that day. No one except for a clan leader. He took pity upon the orphan and took in Kasua as her daughter. He taught her about Tekara and the ways of an assassin. Years later she would make a name for herself. Typically assassins use stealthy domains, such as shadow. But Kasua, having a domain of terrain, would swallow her enemies into the ground, earning the name "Assassin of the Hills".

    Kasua: Here take this.

    Vell: What is it?

    Kasua: Water and snacks.

    Vell: I am confused.

Kasua: *munching on a honey bun* About what?

Vell: Well if you are an assassin as you claim to me, then why have you not eliminated me already?

Kasua: Simple. I only received half of my payment, which only covered your kidnapping. It's not until I receive the other half that you have to be worried about getting "eliminated"

Vell sat in awkward silence; he wasn't sure of what to do. It was clear that Kasua did not see Vell as a threat. And even if Vell tried to put up a fight he had no way of winning against a trained assassin in a fair fight. The other choice was to make a run for it, but then again, he wouldn't make it very far in this dry heat, plus the coyotes were also too scary to deal with. In a park, on one of the benches, Het, Atlat, and Jessachi were sitting down.

Atlat: What are we doing here?

Jessachi: We are going to find Vell.

Atlat: How? We have no leads.

Jessachi: You guys have me. I will be the lead.

Atlat: Huh? What are you talking about?

Jessachi: Het will use that stupid Glimpse of the Void on me to find whatever it is you need to find Vell. Once we find and rescue Vell, we will bring back Onreifni and you guys will disappear forever.

Atlat: Wait, we never agreed to-

Het: Agreed. We recover Vell and leave the Team.

Jessachi: Good. Now let's get this shit over with. I want to get rid of you guys as soon as possible.

It was painful to hear this from someone you care about. Atlat did not understand why would Jessachi kick them out of the team. Het, however, knew from the very start that they were not welcome. This seemed like the best course of action to take. So Het went ahead and performed the forbidden technique on his teammate. While maintaining eye contact, Het was able to analyze the situation and an explanation for the disappearance of Vell.

Jessachi: *holding a hand to her forehead*Are you done? Please tell me you found something.

Het: How many Terrain wielders do you know?
