Kahori: Let's get this party started!
The villagers of Argen threw a party in celebration of their saviors. This party was what you call "lit", they had music blasting, food, and drinks of all kinds. Even the elderly were dancing and having a good time. The Commander was taking drinks after drinks, till she was drunk enough to breakdance. The rest of Team Naju just watched as The Commander made a fool of herself.
Jessachi: See kids. Never drink booze.
Commander: *drunk* Oh come on Jessachi, lighten up. When was the last time we got to a party like this? Drinks are on me!
And so The Commander kept on partying like there was no tomorrow. Glorisa was worried about Onreifni, she had seen him since the start of the party. "Where could he be?" she asked herself. She put down her cup of fruit punch and got to searching.
Ycka: Hey Glorisa! Where are you heading?
Glorisa: Uh, the ladies' room.
Ycka: Oh you should take Jessachi with you just to be safe.
Glorisa: Oh no, it's okay. I can take care of myself, don't worry.
Ycka didn't believe her excuse so he just hit her with that "Hmm, okay then". Glorisa went to search for Onreifni in the guest house that they were staying in. Knock Knock. But there was no answer. She could see that the lights were on by looking under the door.
Glorisa: *knocks* Onreifni? Are you in there?
Onreifni: Uh, who is it?
Glorisa: It's me, Glorisa.
Glorisa could hear Onreifni getting out of bed walking towards the door. She hears him take off the lock and open the door just a bit. His room was super dark and the only light source was a candle. Despite the village having electricity Onreifni was using a candle for some reason. He opened the door just enough for Glorisa to see half of his face.
Onreifni: What is it Glorisa?
Glorisa: Uh I wanted to check up on you. *chuckling nervously* Don't worry, it's not like I'm stalking you or anything haha.
Glorisa tried to make a joke to lighten the mood but Onreifni didn't laugh. He wasn't even looking at her, just staring at the ground with a cold look. He had no expression, no emotion, and no resolve. Something was wrong and Glorisa had to find out what it was. After an awkward silence that was left behind by Glorisa's joke, Onreifni finally answered.
Onreifni: Is that all?
Glorisa: What?
Onreifni: I said, is that all? I'm sorry Glorisa, can you let me rest. I'm just tired.
Glorisa: Oh yea, don't worry about it. I'm sorry too for bothering you.
Something was definitely not right with Onreifni, it was almost like he was a completely different person. Glorisa made her way outside the guest house, still unconvinced that things weren't right, she goes back to double-check. Knock Knock. But no answer. Knock Knock.
Glorisa: (He's probably sleeping. I should let him rest... No, I must check.)
Back at the center of the village, where the party was being held, Jessachi wasn't having such a good time.
Villager: *drunk* Hey long lady *hiccup* why don't you and I go for a dance.
Covered in the smell of alcohol Jessachi denied his request by grabbing him by the arm and flipping him over her back. The poor drunk villager flew several meters and landed on a pile of knocked-out drunks, implying that this was not her first encounter. A few short moments after Glorisa came rushing in from the guest house.
