i hum my favorite song as i walk down the stairs, excited for today.

nothing special's going on,but i just feel good today.the sun is shining and the windows are open.i can hear the birds singing and the house is quiet.

george is at work,he texted me saying hes gonna be home in about 5 minutes, which im really exited for.

it's not that we don't live together and i don't see him everyday, but i dont see him for a few hours after i wake up so excuse me for being excited to see my boyfriend

plus, who wouldn't be excited to see him?he's the best person ive ever met,im sure anyone would be happy to hear that they'll see george soon.

i walk into the kitchen, not knowing what to do.

george is usually very tired after work,so i decided to make him some hot chocolate!i grab his favorite mug out of the cupboard and set it on the counter.

patches knocked something over and i jumped as i turned around, making the mug fall off and break.

that's georges favorite mug..he's had it since he was 11.

"no,no,no,no fuck." i get on my knees and pick up the pieces.

its all shattered, the mug is broken into many pieces.

george is gonna be home soon.when he sees this he's gonna freak.what have i done?

i feel tears forming my eyes and i put the pieces together, hoping a miracle would happen and the pieces would stick together.i sniffled when the pieces just end up breaking in half instead.

"fuck,im so dumb.what did i do?"i mumble to myself as i start to cry, tears running down my cheeks.

i lean against the counter with the pieces still in my hand, crying harder, thinking of what george will think.what if he hits me?i deserve it anyway.fuck what have i done.

i put the key in the hole, twisting it twice and opening the door.usually, dream is already waiting for me at the door but he wasn't this time.

he can't be sleeping either,it's 2pm.

i set my bag down and put my coat on the coat hanger.i look around and i still don't see Dream.i go in the living room and saw Dream in the kitchen.

"Hey,watch'a hiding for?"i smiled when i saw him and walked over to him.my smile faded when i saw him crying "hey, whats wrong?" i ask, squatting down infront of him.

dream held out his hands to show the broken mug.

he's crying over breaking some mu- oh.

he broke my dads mug.i mean i do love that mug,but why's he crying?

"hey,it's fine dream"i put my hand up to put it on his shoulder and he flinches, covering his eyes.

my eyes softened and dreams eyes opened.i put my hand on his shoulder but he quickly moved away, still thinking im gonna hit him.

he put his head in his hands, waiting for the hit thats obviously not gonna happen.i look at the blonde with worry in my eyes.

when dream realised george wasn't hitting him,he removed his head from his hands and looked at george up and down just to make sure.

George held out his hands, waiting for Dream to be comfortable enough to hug him.

Dream hesitated, but soon grabbed georges hand to help himself scoot over to george.he sat in his lap and wrapped his arm around george tightly, crying his heart out.

george quickly hugged the younger boy back, rocking back and forth trying to calm him down.

he whispered sweet nothings in dreams ear, which helped him calm down.when Dream was somewhat calm, george stood up before helping dream get up.

george kissed the blondes forehead before taking his hand, leading him upstairs.

they went into the bathroom and george gave Dream a passionate kiss before pulling away "lets take a nap, mkay?" george said and dream nodded.

they went into the bed and george wrapped his arms around dreams waist.

"im sorry for breaking the mug george"dream sniffled, a hiccup intruding his sentence.

"don't be sorry,accidents happen"george kissed dreams forehead.

"but-" before dream could finish, george cut him off with a kiss.

"go to sleep" george said, rubbing his thumb on the blondes waist.

Dream sighed and closed his eyes, falling asleep quicker than george, who worked for hours.
